Nice apartment and great host!

Pros: Very nice apartment in Santa Maria. Close to the main street. Clean, comfortable. Larissa is a great host, easy communication, and helpful tips. AI really recomend this place!

Pros: The apartment is great — everything is clean and exactly as described.

Cons: The only downside is that it’s very inconvenient not having a mirror in the bathroom.

Appartement agréable avec balcon

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Le balcon et les moustiquaires sont un vrai plus ! La literie est très confortable. Larissa est très accueillante et disponible.

Cons: Rien c'était parfait !

Pros: Lovely host & family! Great location in the community with friendly local people, living their normal lives. Yet good walking distance to beach, restaurants & main Santa Maria strip. A convenient corner store located downstairs for basics/essentials also owned by the hosts family. Delicious local restaurants in walking distance too. Felt safe at apt & in community at all times of day or night. Apt was also very clean (which is an absolute must for me!) Host was very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful from start to finish. Enjoyed my vacation & apt so much that I extended my stay. Host was very flexible and able to accommodate my extended stay request, too. All in all.... wonderful! I will be booking again when I return to CV. Thanks Larissa, Deborah & family. 😊

Cons: Host request that guests abide by quiet hours to avoid disturbing other tenants in the building. It's a fair request. But at times, dampened the vibe/mood when getting ready to step out at night and being overly concious of playing music, speaking on phone too loud, walking up/down the stairs in heels etc. Hosts state that no other guests are allowed at apt. If you have friend(s) and are paying for an apt on vacation, it feels unfair to state that a guest isn't allowed other people in their apt/space. Can feel very infantilizing. This rule should be reconsidered. Neither of these factors are enough to affect my 10/10 rating though! As stated before, I will definitely book again with Larissa when back in Sal, Cape Verde. 💯😊

Pros: L appartamento di recente costruzione è pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, i proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili nelle richieste. L appartamento è posizionato vicino al centro e alla Spiaggia di Santa Maria..

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel, cuisine bien équipée. A 3 minutes de la plage. Communication efficace avec les hôtes.

Appartement neuf et bien équipé

Pros: Dans un bâtiment tout neuf, l’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. Assez proche du centre tout en étant au calme. Petit balcon pour prendre un verre.
