Well equipped apartment in good location

Pros: Big apartment, good facilities in the area. Security personnel everywhere. Free bus to the cities. Short walk to a beautiful beach and great bars. Well equipped apartment. The host is helpful and available.

Cons: The beds are not so comfortable. Otherwise everything was good.

Quiet spot in the sun

Pros: Quiet location slightly away from main tourist areas, pool adjacent, easy transport services nearby to other areas, mini-market very close by. Large apartment, excellent host.

Pros: Our favorite apartment in 2 weeks Cabo Verde. It is part of Casa Verde a complex of apartment buildings with several nice swimming pools, a supermarket and a restaurant (we did not use). The next beach is 15 minutes away. Very spacious apartment, quiet and peaceful apartmemnt complex and good local infrastructue. Very nice and helpful host

Cons: Biggest minus is the distance to the center (25-30 minutes walking or taxi or the occasional shuttle bus).

A nice spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment is very spacious. We were 2 people but it can easily accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The air-conditioning in the bedroom is a plus and the swimming pool is nice. The nearest beach is at a 15 min distance walk with some beach bars/restaurants and free chairs. Ideal if you are a sunset lover. Fernando is very available to answer all the questions you have.

Cons: The shower head wasn't holding by itself. Some oil and pepper in the kitchen would be a plus.

Pros: We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was how short our stay was!

Pros: Appartamento pulito ed accogliente situato sopra alla piscina condominiale. Personale gentile e disponile. A 10 minuti di macchina da Santa Maria raggiungibile in taxi.

Cons: Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di valutare tutti i servizi offerti.

Pros: très bel appartement au calme conforme en tout point à la description ( sauf le lave vaisselle 😁) les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter pleinement de l extérieur Fernando est un hôte très attentif et très réactif qui nous a accompagné en amont et tout au long du séjour et a sécurisé nos transferts

Cons: seul bémol pour nous le matelas pas assez confortable pour nos dos fatigués 😔

Prima maar wel wat aan de prijzige kant.

Pros: Mooi groot appartement met meerdere balkons, een grote keuken en airco. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar die zorgt dat alles goed gaat.

Cons: De douchekop was te zwaar waardoor deze niet bleef hangen. Alleen in de hand douchen dus. Verder was het meubilair op de balkons behoorlijk versleten.
