Great place to stay in a fabulous location.

Pros: Everything was perfect, starting with the location right in the centre and less than 10 minutes to the lovely Laginha beach. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for the short or long stay. The contact with the host was great too, Octavio was always quick to respond via WhatsApp, also helped to arrange airport transfer on Sunday morning. Highly recommended!!!

Pros: Octavio ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber! Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar zum Flughafen gefahren. Wir haben uns sehr nett mit Octavio unterhalten, er hat uns einiges über Mindelo erzählt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat eine gute Dusche und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Von der Wohnung aus sind sowohl der Strand als auch das historische Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit stabilem WiFi ausgestattet.

Cons: Die Küche ist recht klein: zum Kochen gibt es eine Flamme, ein Toaster ist nicht vorhanden. Eine andere Beleuchtung könnte eine gemütlichere Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist auch nachts befahren. Auf dem Balkon gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheit.
