EXCELLENT APARTMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Pros: What a beautiful and well-equipped apartment! Communication was excellent from the start, and Elly and her partner even arranged to pick me up from my previous accommodation and take me to the flat. It’s modern, stylish, and has a lovely outdoor terrace with views of the whole city and across to the mountains. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals and comes complete with kettle, coffee maker and sandwich toaster. There was a washing machine and clothes rack too, so I was able to do my laundry. The water is pressurised throughout the apartment, meaning I had the best showers in Cabo Verde. Think power shower! It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown or the beach, but worth it for the quality of accommodation you get and the views. There’s a small mini market about 3 minutes walk way. I could have stayed much longer as it’s truly a comfortable home. Thank you Elly and team for everything! I’ll be back!

Pros: We really liked the view, the apartment is quite cozy and the beds are comfortable. The price–quality ratio is excellent, and the staff who welcomed us were simply wonderful. Thank you very much!

Cons: There were just a few small things we missed. We didn’t have enough kitchenware for cooking, and we couldn’t find trash bags or a trash bin. We were also missing one large towel. That said, the price–quality ratio is excellent, so these are simply things that could be added to make the stay even better. We are very grateful overall and really enjoyed our stay. One more note for families with small children: getting there with a stroller was not easy, and walking to the beach with a stroller is quite challenging. If you’re planning to stay there with a young child (around 1.5 years old), it’s definitely better to use a taxi. Taxis are very affordable in this area and generally inexpensive in Cabo Verde.

Great accommodation!

Pros: The house was great, very comfortable, very clean and the view from the balcony and roof top were amazing! The hosts are super friendly, they met us by the beach and gave us a ride to the house, which was so nice!

Pros: Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue ! Le quartier est sympa et l'hôte très gentille, encore merci !

Cons: Il est un peu excentré et il faut un peu grimper mais ce n'était pas une surprise ! Il manque juste quelques petits détails comme du savon et des dosettes pour le café (nous n'étions pas sûrs desquelles acheter).

Pros: L'appartement est grand, propre, très agréable, on s'y sent très bien, la vue est top et le propriétaire est très sympathique. La terrasse est grande et on peut y mettre une petite table et des tabourets. L'appartement est un petit peu excentré mais c'est tout à fait faisable à pied ou en taxi pour les moins courageux. Une très belle adresse.

Cons: Un plus serait de mettre des moustiquaires pour pouvoir ventiler l'appartement.

Pros: Apartamento muito limpinho. Confortável. Com uma vista incrível para um dos cenários mais bonitos do Mindelo - Monte Cara. Anfitriões simpáticos. Vale a pena. Recomendo.

Pros: A qualidade do apartamento, dos equipamentos da cozinha e a simpatia dos donos, quando chegamos foram connosco ao supermercado e estiveram sempre disponíveis para as nossas questões.

Cons: A localização, apesar de estarmos a 15 min da praia, a zona não é muito agradável.

Pros: El piso en su integridad. Muy cómodo, muy limpio, hermosas vistas desde el balcón....estupendos electrodomésticos, aireado,.....todo muy bien.

Cons: Deberían desatascar el plato de ducha de uno de los dos baños.
