Pros: The sound of the river in the morning from the terrace was amazing and really chill. The apartment was all new, clean and warm. Really advised

We had a great time in Paul. The host was so nice and warm!! Location is great.

Pros: It was pretty straight forward. The host was available at the time of our arrival. The house didn't had a sign (that we noticed) but with help of neighbours we've found it.

Cons: It would benefit of a better internet. In particular for people that wish to stay longer. Although off-grid time might be beneficial in the long run :)

Pros: Perfect location with many different hikes starting right from the property.

Nice appartement in good location but needs some improvement

Pros: A nice appartement with kitchen facilities. Location is quit but in the town. Very clean. Nice hosts.

Cons: The WiFi did not work and there was no hot water in the shower. Caused by a lack of sun because of clouds and rain but still.

Super clean and comfy stay at the bottom of Vale do Paul

Pros: - Super clean and big apartment, even with 2 toilets - super friendly hosts, also organising an aluguer or taxi if needed - Perfectly located if you're hiking through the Vale do Paul - groceries are next door and casa Maracuja is only 2 streets further - the cleanest and most comfortable room I had on any Island

Cons: - Wifi signal is so bad that practically that apartment has no wifi, only in a 2 m radius next to the enteance - no working AC - shower cabin is quite small for bigger/taller people - overall not the cheapest but especially if you're not travlling alone totally worth the price

Pros: Very clean, friendly people. Breakfast in the room ❤️. Near to beautiful nature and hikes. Next to supermarket , near bank and several restaurants

Cons: There is nothing we did not like, We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every day, hour, minut. Some wall decorations in the apartment might give it a bit more atmosphere but this is a matter of taste.

3 minutes walking from the sea and amazing host!

Pros: Sandrina was an amazing host. The house was in perfect conditions, clean as we never saw before and with all the things we needed. She prepared breakfast every morning, what was amazing, with bread, juice, fruit, homemade cake, coffee. She changed the beds sheets 2 days after, even if we would just stay 4 nights. Arranjed a van for us to go early morning and was always there when needed. The location it is not in sea front, but location it is where you choose and we liked this one, 3 minutes walking from the waves.

Cons: I liked everything. Probably, for some people, internet is an important thing and it wasn't very fast, but for us, it worked well, so I think we liked everything.

Very accommodating stay

Pros: The view from our apartment’s bedroom window was absolutely breathtaking—I couldn’t take my eyes off it. Despite a language barrier, the host was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. She assisted us in organizing our hike and gave us great advice on which route to take. She also helped us get the best ponche we’ve ever tried. The location is perfect for hiking, with easy access to stunning trails. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, just what we needed to start our day. I would definitely stay here again!
