Pros: Sehr angenehmes Viertel für Praia, gute Lokale in der Umgebung, sehr komfortabel. Waschmaschine ebenso da. Wirklich sehr fein um sich zu erholen

Pros: L'appartement est spacieux La machine à laver le linge est un plus La propriétaire est très gentille

Cons: Quartier populaire loin de Praia et du plateau. Les matelas sont en mousse La douche est extrêmement étroite on ne peut pas se baisser à l'intérieur L'immeuble est bruyant
