Pros: Very comfortable apartment in a calm and safe area of Praia city. Tony was truly amazing host - he was always available on Whats app, we felt in his company like he was our best friend. I warmly recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to spend night in Praia.
Cons: Everything was perfect, but if we must search for minor complaints - the bed in living room could be more comfortable.

Cons: Everything was really top - but it we must search for really minor complaints - the bed in the living room could be a more comfortable.

Pros: Tony is an amazing host, the place is spotless and has everything you could need for 2, and is actually comfortably chill during the night. Even though the place is a little out of the way, you can easily reach it by bus, and places we went to in the neighborhood were quite nice.

Good place
Pros: Furnishings well done, all what you need. Clean place with good wifi. Owner very nice explaining all details. We have had very late check in without any troubles.
Cons: Due to fact its placed on ground level there was quite some noise noticable ( opening the gate, main doors opening/closing or even making some noise on the hall way by other people - we could hear most of it)

Really nice place with all the commodities needed to enjoy praia
Pros: Antonio was a really nice and helpful host. He helped us to organise taxis and visits. The house is really nice and has everything needed for a 2 person stay.
Cons: Everything was really nice. The only downside is that it is a bot far from Plateau, the most touristic zone, but if you get a taxi to move out and to the house everything is fine! Antonio can help you with that

Great apartment with great host
Pros: We had a great stay and Antonio (the host) was very helpful. He arranged our pick-up from the airport (1500CVE), a 4x4 rental car (6000CVE per day) and a taxi to the ferry at 5 am (1000CVE). But above all, Antonio is a very nice, friendly and honest guy. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. AC in the living room works great, and also reaches the bedroom. The area is residential, but within 10 minutes walk you can find a shop and some restaurants. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!!
Cons: Nothing in particular, although for longer stays the apartment lacks a bit of daylight (windows).

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros: Appartamentino confortevole, situato in una zona abbastanza tranquilla, non lontana dal centro (meno di 10 min. in taxi o bus). Ampia possibilità di parcheggio nella via e possibilità di organizzare transfer (a pagamento) da/per l'aeroporto in qualunque orario. Negozi e ristoranti a breve distanza a piedi. WIFI ottimo. Host premuroso, efficiente e disponibile: è stato di aiuto nell'organizzare il soggiorno più di una volta. Attrezzatura presente più che sufficiente per un breve soggiorno.
Cons: Leggermente difficoltosa l'apertura delle porte, suggerirei un po' di manutenzione.

Lo consiglio vivamente
Pros: Tutto, ma soprattutto Antonio che si è speso per aiutarci a comprare i biglietti del traghetto per l'isola di Maio accompagnandoci di persona pur avendo le sue commissioni private da fare. Confermo che si prende cura degli ospiti in modo continuativo via whatsapp. Al ritorno da Maio torneremo a Casa Copenhagen. Il posto è decentrato e quindi tranquillo. In mezz'ora di cammino si raggiunge il Plateau, oppure pochi minuti in taxi.
