Pleasant space and nice to stay for a few days.
Pros: Easy check in and check out, comfortable, nice space, most things you would need for a few days. No trouble at all, good WiFi. I slept very well despite a few creeks and noises from outside. Generally quiet part of neighbourhood.
Cons: I really appreciated the late check in, and the key was ready and the door open. But this made payment on arrival difficult, and two days later I had to leave money in the apartment as I left. Not sure I will get a payment receipt. Location is a little bit away from any tourist nightlife, but not a big problem.

Nice apartment for a fair price, in a neighbourhood with all the essentials
Pros: This was an open-space type apartment with a double-bed bedroom as well as a kitchen area, a living/eating room area, aside from the WC/shower room, with it's own private entrance from the ground floor, in a quiet area. It was nicely decorated and spacious, also with enough to work for a bit (table, chair, plug for computer, etc) and even relax (rest chairs). The bed was rather comfortable and it stayed fairly cool inside (roof fan also available). Wifi worked very well, in spite of occasional interruptions. The kitchen had the very basics (no microwave, coffee maker or kettle, though they were mentioned in the description). There was restaurants and supermarket about 5 min. away walking, the beach was around 15min.
Cons: Several lights were not working or were not reachable (switch in the ceiling!) so it could get a bit darker at night (only 1 working lamp). There were no extra tools in the kitchen or bathroom (no washing up liquid, soap, shampoo, or even a frying pan, etc) and some of the plates and crockery looked like they had not been properly washed in a bit... While it was overall clean, the detail was different. There was no curtain in the shower...

Süßes apartment in Praia
Pros: Super Apartment in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Es ist sauber und hat die notwendige Ausstattung. Maria ist freundlich und hilft bei Fragen weiter :) es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber dafür einen Ventilator

Pros: El alojamiento es muy cómodo, puedes cocinar y tener comida fresca. El baño tiene agua caliente y está reformado. Está cerca de interesantes restaurantes.
Cons: A veces es algo complicada la comunicación, y tardas en recibir una respuesta.

Pros: Très pratique. Vous pouvez demander des informations, vous réserver des taxis . Vous avez des réponses très rapide et très professionnel. Notre séjour c'est super bien passé et nous sommes revenus plusieurs fois. Les épiceries sont proches et pratiques.

Pros: Dialogue très facile. Le logement nous a parfaitement convenu.
Cons: C’est plutôt bruyant, mais, c’est normal au Cap Vert. Et, on s’habitue.
