Aparthotel Pilon T3

For us it was the nicest, most comfortable apartment during our 3-week trip to the Cabo Islands.

Pros: This was our first trip to the Cape Verde Islands, and Praia was our first stop after arriving from Lisbon. The apartment is located outside the center of Praia (2-3 km), in a quiet residential area. But the center of Praia can be reached easily and cheaply by city bus (no. 10, 12). The owner, Eunice, speaks English, quickly answers all questions before arrival, and during your stay, helps organize tours of the island by recommending drivers she knows. Eunice is incredibly warm and caring, and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. The apartment itself is very spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable living room connected to the kitchen, which has everything you need. The local center of the district, with shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and ATMs, is within walking distance. This was the nicest, most comfortable apartment during our 3-week trip to the Cabo Verde Islands.

If you’re visiting Praia with a group and want to experience the city’s culture, this is the place to be.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, ideal for a group of 3-4 people. It was very clean and had all the conditions for cooking and to make our stay more comfortable. The highlight of this booking goes for its host, Eunice, and her husband Agostinho that received us amazingly well and were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Exceptional Apartment, but Terrible Wifi

Pros: The apartment was very beautiful, well equipped and clean. We received exceptional customer service from the hosts. They were very helpful, quick to respond to queries and to fix any issues we reported.

Cons: The WiFi was atrocious! Working from the apartment was a nightmare as I could barely attend my virtual meetings successfully. It was so bad my boss and colleagues complained bitterly. I recommended an upgrade to a Fibre Optic Broadband to the host.

Uma viagem dos sonhos.

Pros: Tudo foi perfeito... a Dona Eunice foi excepcional.. Muito atenciosa durante toda a viagem. Nos indicou um taxista eu nos buscou no aeroporto.. No primeiro dia levou-nos a uma pequena volta na cidade e nos deu muitas dicas. Durante os outros dias mandou mensagens regularmente a checar como tudo estava a correr.. Nossa experiência foi fantástica e não poderia ter sido melhor sem a ajuda da dona Eunice.

Cons: Tudo foi perfeito, realmente não temos nadaa reclamar.

Pros: Eunice ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Ruhige Lage. Die Umgebung ist sicher & verfügt über viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bäckereien. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 40 Minuten in die Stadt.

Pros: Het was een heel mooi appartement. Lekker ruim en heel modern en hele lieve en behulpzame mensen.

Very nice home and a very nice hostess!

Pros: Eunice, the hostess, is such a nice person. We were in touch for some time before my arrival as I needed to receive an important piece of mail which she personally collected for me - I appreciated that she went through the trouble. The apartment is large and spacious and it is nicely furnished. Eunice generously put fruits out for me, as well as water. She met me in person and guided me through the apartment. I found her to be a lovely person and communication was excellent!
