Pros: The appartment is very comfortable and clean. It is located a short walkkng distance from the city centre and the beach.

Pros: Impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could wish for, it's the epitome of comfort. From the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful touches throughout, the attention to detail is evident. The location is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of the city, yet offering tranquility and privacy. Aleluia was very helpful and quick resolved any issues faced.

Good value for money

Pros: The apartment is in a good place in Praia, you can reach everything by walking. It is quite spacious with a big bed, kitchen and living room. There is a balcony and a space to hang wet clothes. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. The WiFi was very good.

Cons: The only issue we found was with the water pressure from the tap and toilet.

Pros: Vaste appartement une chambre à 10 mn de l’aéroport et à 20 mn à pied du plateau ( 5 mn en taxi ) Quelques restaurants à proximité Bon accueil Il faudrait juste préciser dans booking que C’est à côté de l’hôtel Beramar

Pros: L emplacement idéal entre sorties culturels et nocturnes. Zone assez calme et secure car a côté des quartiers des embassades L appartement est superbe et l hote est très disponible et compréhensive .

Vacances à praia cap vert

Pros: Appartement très spacieux bien équipé avec jolie terrasse et tout ce qu'il faut. Et alléluia est une dame très gentille et très réactive pour le check in où tout autre chose. Toujours prête à rendre service. Merci

Como en casa

Pros: Estaba todo muy nuevo, nos resultó muy cómodo poder poner lavadoras en nuestro paso por Santiago (Praia) para poder seguir nuestro viaje con ropa limpia. Aleluia fue un amor! Pendiente de nosotras para resolver cualquier problema. Sin duda algo que se agradece muchísimo.

Cons: Quizas la zona, aunque al final no acabo siendo un problema para nosotras.

Pros: Recent appartement op een gunstige locatie tussen strand, restaurants en oude stad.

Cons: Het appartement is vrij donker, muren niet of nauwelijks gedecoreerd.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter, sogar die Terrassentür! Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Super Bett! Kleiner Innenhof zum Wäsche trocknen. Leider liegt der Strand NICHT vor der Tür, wie es am Plan aussieht. Aber ca. 15 Minuten weiter rechts ist ein sehr netter Strand mit Bar (beim Hotel Barcélo), Prainha Beach. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Cons: Küche etwas dürftig ausgestattet: Kein Schneidbrett, kleine Schüsseln. Aber dafür eine tolle Garnitur Schneidemesser (die man eigentlich nicht braucht)
