It is a very good value for Praia!

Pros: It is very central, very easy contact with property manager (our fridge broke and the next day was replaced!!!), quite big and has all necessary equipments. For Praia, I think it is as good as it can get

Cons: The second room has no real window so very very hot!!! Also, the bed mattress, pillows etc has stains and bit smelly

Very confortable appartement in the middle of the old town. Very good WiFi

Pros: Very confortable appartement in a private house. Everything very clean. Goed beds, nice kitchen. Breakfast around the corner in a nice bakery. Lots of nice cafés and restaurants on walking distance. We had a great time

Cons: Nothing. No airconditioning but is really not nessesary if you open the well protected windows.

Great apartment, communication can be improved

Pros: Great location in the original center of praia Very safe area due to the president palace and many other official buildings close by Very nice modern flat with great facilities

Cons: One bedroom has no AC or outside window, the rest of the apartment was great. But in the 14h we stayed there, we had 2 communication mishaps: We paid 10€ extra that were not declared on our booking on check out for a local tax. While this was no issue for us and we paid it without a problem, the host started a lengthy discussion on WhatsApp about it after we paid and left As we paid in a small shop and it took a few minutes longer as the amounts were not matching, we also received a complaint from the host about 15 minutes of late check out (went to pay at checkout time as previously agreed on, as we came very late at night). Same day we received a notification that we can rebook it last minute, as the place was empty... Overall the communication could have been a lot smoother, even if issues come up. Every other stay was a lot more relaxed with great communication in CV.

Pros: We only stayed one night, but absolutely loved it. Great value for money, best location. We loved the self check-in/out possibility as we had an early flight. They helped with arranging an early cab.

Cons: Nothing really. Thanks for everything!

Pros: Amazing location right in the centre of Plateau area. You can order a taxi from Raquel and he will take you from the airport to the apartment, regardless the hour. Super lovely host, that is always available for a good suggestion for dinner and , what and how to visit the island. Spacious apartment with kitchen equipment, comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi. Located in a safe area, where you can go walking to have dinner in nearby restaurants without needing to take a taxi. Recommend 100%

Pros: Large apartment with great comfort in the historic center of Praia. It was clean and quite.

Cons: Nothing in particular, everything was great just it was pretty hot and the fan was not cooling off the appartement but nothing extremely bad

Pros: The apartment is nice and well furnished for 4 people. Providing a espresso machine and no capsules is an incredible experience, who brings tablets with them?:))

Cons: The shower is ok, but how much would it cost to actually install a showerhead? Communication with the host was initially very good, but slow response until 12 hours before arrival and not knowing if we had a place to stay or not is not my idea of fun
