Pros: The view from balkony and only a few steps to the beach. Nice decorations in the apartment

No stress, very relax place to stay in Santa Maria

Pros: We had an amazing stay here. The swimmingpool was great and our host, Lambert, was very kind, helpful and always available. We definitely recommended this place!

We enjoyed our holiday, great location, good value for money.

Pros: Great location right opposite the beach and a beautiful sea view, close to beach front restaurants, short walk to the main strip but not too far and very quiet with security 24hrs. We had a lovely sun facing balcony, large spacious room with separate bedroom. Full gas hob, kettle and breville (toaster would have been better for self catering) provided and good fridge /freezer. Air-con in main room and large fan in bedroom. Very well kept pool area. Lambert helped with any queries we had and helped us arrange trips / taxi transfers.

Cons: No towel / bedding change for our week, with no washing machine it would have been good to have clean ones at least once as it was very hot. Boiler leaked after shower use, just pulled the plug out and it eventually stopped. Not an issue for us for either and I’m sure if we had asked Lambert, anything would have been possible.

Pros: The location and staff were amazing. Specially thanks to Lambert that was always available and happy to help with any issue we had. Thank you. Short walk from the Main Street where all bars and restaurants are. Beautiful view from our balcony and great coffee shop on the ground floor.

Pros: The location was amazing, right on the beach, at the quieter end of Santa Maria (5/10 mins walk to the pier). Had a lovely gelato cafe right next to it and several beach bars serving good pizza. We were met by our taxi driver as promised at the airport and that was so easy. We then met Lambert at the property who showed us around and was always available during our stay if we needed anything. He booked us several trips (we booked a day trip with someone else, which was also fantastic) and they were excellent value and really worthwhile. The pool was great and always had loungers free.

Cons: The WiFi was a little patchy, and the upstairs bathroom was a bit tired, but other than that, there were no complaints at all. It was fantastic value, even with these little things :-)

Good value for money with great views and good location

Pros: Location was good, views were very good, hosts were welcoming and available

Cons: balcony furniture was poor and not very clean, and neither was the clothes drying rack, which left clothes dirty

Quiet, beautiful, friendly and helpful spot in Santa Maria.

Pros: Beautiful flat kitted out with everything you would need for a short or longer term trip. In a nice quiet part of Santa Maria, just a short walk to the centre, restaurants, bars and shops. I was able to look out from my balcony onto the beautiful Ponta Leme to check the windsurfing conditions, it’s right next door to both ION windsurfing Club and the Angulo centre. Both Giuseppe and Lambert were super helpful and friendly. Definitely be staying here when I next visit Santa Maria. All that I’d been looking for and more.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Great little place to stay in Santa Maria

Pros: It's at the opposite end of town from all the big resort hotels, so quieter. Lovely beach bars just in front of the block. Easy 10 min walk into the middle of Santa Maria. Great pool.

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay. It's not 5 star accommodation but has everything you need for a really comfortable self catering apartment

Logement basique mais bien situé

Pros: Le logement est très bien situé face à la mer dans un coin calme. Lambert a été très réactif et a facilité mon séjour. Le logement est basique mais suffisant.

Cons: Les taxes supplémentaires font vraiment gonflé le prix du logement qui est déjà assez élevé pour la qualité. La salle de bain sentait les égouts par moment. Des articles de base tel que gel douche, sel, poivre, café auraient été un plus.
