Hotel Sol Marina

Beachfront, relax ocean waves, spacious

Pros: Ocean view room, 1 minute from the beach, and beach bars. Main square of Tarrafal and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Room are spacious but minimalist, but good for 2 nights sleep. Clean and spacious, no tv, just a sound of relax ocean waves.

Cons: Wifi signal, and internet speed is really slow for uploads, but it works.

Pros: Location near the beach was great. The bed was equiped with mosquito net (yes, there were mosquitos). Breakfast was good. Beach view from terrace was amazing. Room was equiped with hanger so that I could let dry my washed laundry.

Cons: View from the room was not so good. There was noise from outside during day time.

Perfect, i loved it!!

Pros: I really really loved the big windowdoor and balcony over the fishermens part of the beach and the kays, and the rooftop terrace with amazing view for breakfast, and the proper waterpressure in the shower. For me was a perfect simple room, i dont need more. Good bed also, and clean. Very lovely staff, considering my diet requests (i brought my glutenfree bread and toasted, and i'm lactose intolerant) , superfriendly.

Pros: the terrace has a beautiful view, the breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly

Cons: the garbage in the bathroom (for toilet paper etc.) was never disposed of

Great stay, fantastic cost/quality

Pros: Very good stay. Great position, few metres from the beach and very short walk to the heart of the town. A fantastic restaurant with a lovely staff is just next to the hotel, strongly recommended. The hotel's staff is very nice and accommodating, the breakfast vey good in a picturesque terrace. Overall spacious and clean room.

Pros: Everything; the clean room and bathroom, the location, the breakfast, the staff. I loved its simplicity and the view from my room.

Pros: My room was big and minimalistic with a great bed. The location is perfect and it is real good value for money! It is more a surfer vibe kind of hostel which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was nice with the fantastic view on the terrace

Simple hotel

Pros: The hotel is simple but have everything you need. They present a clean space, breakfast included and they are very flexible about check in and check out time. The location is pretty nice, literally with view to Tarrafal beach.

Cons: It's something that the property can not control but mosquitoes are constantly attacking some people, take a repellent with you just in case!

Pros: Friendly staff, amazing location and good breakfast

Cons: The room didn’t get cleaned during our stay so after a few days it was a bit difficult to keep neat. Also the door to the bathroom could not close.
