we stayed 5 days in this house, and we will never hesitate to come back !
Pros: In the heart of Mindelo ! The house is very well located, clean and contains everything you need, even the emergency box was very helpful after a small accident. The host is very kind and responsive and guess what ? the most delicious Ice cream in Mindelo is under the appartement!

Pros: Location for us was excellent. We came to Mindelo to fish, so proximity to marina and 1 minute walk to local hangout of many of the Captains and crews made it perfect. The facilities were great, the attention given by the manager was excellent.
Cons: Just wish we could have stayed longer. .. But we will be back.

Pros: As stated in other reviews, the location is excellent. The apartment is also very large, has nice light, well equipped kitchen and is more or less comfortable. Ana was also very helpful in resolving issues.
Cons: It's an old apartment and the electric is a bit fragile.

Pros: Très grand appartement, clair et chambre climatisée. Situé au dessus du glacier et à deux pas de la Marina, du centre. Il y a un espace de restaurant à côté avec de la musique jusqu'à 22h. La chambre est du côté opposé. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Pros: Ubytování je opravdu prostorné a nachází se ve výborné lokalitě přímo v centru Mindela. Všechny hlavní památky, kavárny i restaurace jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti, takže poloha je ideální pro objevování města.
Cons: Kromě ložnice nebyla v ubytování klimatizace a větráky nedokázaly v obývací části dostatečně snížit teplotu. To byl jediný problém, se kterým jsme se setkali.

Pros: Es un apartamento grande, muy buena ubicación , y una calle muy animada y segura. Pero dentro del apartamento no se oye ruido.

Buena ubicación
Pros: Buena ubicación, fuimos mi esposa, mis mellizos de 8 años y yo y nos quedamos dos noches, el sitio no es una vivienda nueva pero es adecuada para pasar una noches. Se puede ir andando a todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad.
Cons: En la casa había muchos utensilios y menaje del hogar , algunos viejos que ya se podrían retirar. También que las disposiciones de cama era una de matrimonio en el dormitorio y una individual en el salón, por lo que nos tuvimos que ir alternando mi esposa y yo para, cada noche, ir durmiendo con los niños en la cama de matrimonio y el otro en la cama individual
