Pros: Beautiful apartment, luxurious with all modern appliances and everything new. Rooms are all light and spacious. The lady who looks after the apartments was very helpful, checking in with us that everything was ok and quick to respond to our messages

Cons: The location is a new area where there are new apartments being built. Roads aren't surfaced yet and it's quite dusty, also some building noise, big trucks etc There were a few basics missing in the kitchen.... a sieve, a large bowl for mixing, serving, salad, etc, only one chopping board, but these were just little things

Pros: Luxury Apartment, attention to small details especially in the decorations, facilities and customer service.

Cons: Nothing, wished I had stayed longer.

Cabo Verde is very much value to visit

Pros: This apartment is brand new and all was up to what we want and more. Only thing is this apartment are in the middle of construction area but that did not really bother so much. Very much safe there was a guard at the main door 24/7 not like a Mindelo are dangerous place we actually think Mindelo is a very safe and people are so nice and friendly. I came last time year 2019 and since then all infrastructure has developed so much with good restaurants and tourists activity. Very short distance to beautiful white sandy beach. Many restaurants offers live music and Cabo Verdian music is so good and lovely. We was that lucky to attend local neighboring party at Bela Vista with live music and dance.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Mooie ruimte met alle faciliteiten en het verblijf heeft een perfecte ligging. De eigenaar is goed te bereiken, wat ook heel fijn is.

Pros: appartement très confortable et espacieux et moderne personnel très sympathique ( Danailson à réception et Fredericka) accès un peu dificil du aux travaux aux alentours mais à part ça je le recommande. 😊

It's a new property well worth the money with fantastic views and access to the city and beach

Pros: What a great apartment. Well appointed, and spacious. Great views as well. A short walk to the beach or downtown Mindelo. Nuun and his staff are attentive and really care about their renters having a good stay

Cons: There was nothing not to like
