Lovely loft in the centre of Praia

Pros: When we got to the correct apartment on the second night it was a really nice space with the bedroom on a mezzanine floor. Very central location on the Plateau. The large windows overlooking the main pedestrian street.

Cons: Prior to our arrival we were told that there was an issue with water in the loft room, hence we will be moved to a standard room (Joax Place at the same property). However we saw guests arriving and staying in the loft during our first nights stay. We had an airport pick-up prebooked and the driver kindly assisted us with our alternative room. When we asked again about the loft, he did say that the people staying there will be leaving very early in the morning and that they will not need any water. We then chatted with the guests in loft the next morning who confirmed there were no issues in the apartment whatsoever. We felt that this was dishonest by the host. When it came to pay for the stay we were charged the full amount for the loft as booked. We then had to argue with the owner that the first night was not the same standard room and should be at a cheaper rate. Ultimately the host recalculated the total and adjusted the price to reflect this. This is something that should be sorted without any negotiations from us.

Charming and cosy place in the very center of Praia

Pros: Dandira was really nice from the beginning till we left. Very helpful in every way. From the airport transfer to any kinds of tips while staying in Praia

Pros: The appartement is spacious and clean. It is located in the pedestrian street, closed to restaurants, the local market, supermarkets and the busstation. The roof terrace is definetly a highlight. Staff was very helpful. Thanks!

Excellent stay and highly recommend.

Pros: The room is comfortable and has all the necessary utilities. The location could not have been better. It's located on the main street in Plateau where you can reach all services by foot and there's a reasonable choice of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and even a picturesque market. There are also several landmarks, all at a 5/7 minutes walk.

Cons: There's nothing a did not like, but I would alert that the street has almost no movement during the night.

Pros: The team managing these properties is nothing short of excellent. Extremely responsive, flexible and accommodating. The property is beautiful, well located and the rooftop deck they just installed is perfect for relaxing in the evening. The lofts themselves are very comfortable, and well-equipped, especially for people like me who pass through Praia frequently and would sometimes rather cook for myself than eat out. That said, the location on the pedestrian street is also perfect if you're looking for a restaurant close by to dine out.

Ideally located and well furnished

Pros: The loft is ideally located, right in the heart of Plateau and close to many bars and restaurants. The loft has everything you need. The owner’s daughter was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: The loft is on a busy street with bars that have live music. I personally loved it but it can be a bit noisy on weekends.

Very nice appartment in an amazing location

Pros: The appartement is very nice, in an amazing location. The host is also super nice and accommodating. The appartement was very clean and if wanted, the appartement can be cleaned during your stay. Also above the bed there is a fan, which is very nice

Cons: Because of the amazing location in a beautiful and busy neighborhood, there was some noise. The doors to the balcony did not close all the way so a lot of noise from the street could be heard in the appartement. Also the curtains are quite sheer so the apartment is very bright after sunrise. However, the street usually became quiet around 23.00, and it can actually be quite nice to wake up from the natural light

Great appartement in the city centre.

Pros: Great and cosy appartement in the nicest and safest neighbourhood of the city. Very tidy, clean and practical. Really enjoyable stay through a week. Many options around to eat and buy stuff.

Cons: Nothing negative.

Excellent séjour au cœur de la capitale !

Pros: Appartement spacieux, propre et situé au centre du Plato à Praia. L’accès s’est fait facilement (boîte à clés). Le logement se situe dans une rue piétonne avec quelques restos sympas et musicaux à proximité.

Pros: Hubicacion, espacio amplio y confortable, y sobre todo PRAIA, su gente y los alrededores.
