Well-located and well-equipped apartment
Pros: The apartment is ideally located in the city centre, on the main street near many shops, restaurants, the 5al da Música, and Mercado da Sucupira, yet remains well-insulated from noise. The apartment is equipped with new furnishings and appliances, including a washing machine, which was a great plus for us after a week of travelling in Cape Verde. The host was available throughout the booking and stay, and was very polite. She was also very helpful in following up on issues with the Wi-Fi.
Cons: If we may suggest one small improvement, it would be to add one or two chairs on the balcony, which would make it even more enjoyable.

Pros: Very clean, quiet, spacial, well equipped and new apartment in a great area of praia! Kind and uncomplicated communication. We were very happy to stay at this apartment and would recommend it for 100 percent.

Pros: La propriété emplacement la reu pedonal restaurant avec la musique tu peux trouvé aussi a la fim de la reu um petit cion avec la cachupa pateis de massa terra pasteis de mais super bom jus de oronge freche tout la journée cest mois cher que tout les autres restaurant cheking e chek aut facil contacto avec propriétaires cette aussi très bien pour quelques renseignements je trop aime min séjour je recommande e je retournerai

Dé perfecte plek om het Plateau van Praia te ontdekken
Pros: Ruim, schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en fantastisch gelegen (wandelgebied Plateau). Flexibele host, we konden zonder problemen wat later uitchecken.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta. Estado general del apartamento. Facilidad de check in.
Cons: El sofá cama incómodo y con bastantes manchas de suciedad. Las sábanas que había para poner encima del sofá cama difícil de ajustar. El agua caliente de la ducha se acaba rápido. Dejaron café de cortesía pero no había filtros para la cafetera.

Pros: Das Apartment ist in einer sehr sicheren und belebten Straße mit vielen Restaurants. Dennoch war es nachts nicht laut.

Schönes modernes Apartment für ruhige Nächte direkt am Plateu
Pros: Sehr aufmerksame und kommunikative Gastgeberin. Sehr zentral gelegenes Apartment. Sehr zentral, so das man alles innerhalb paar min erreicht. Genau in der Hauptstraße ( Plateu ) mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Dusche mit Duschkabine. WLAN funktioniert im gesamten Apartment super. Kleiner Tipp, wir waren im Apartment im 1. Stock hier einmal die WPS Taste des WLAN Verstärker drücken und verbinden mit WIFI-REPEATER. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, Backofen + Herd, Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Alles sehr neu und modern und trotz, dass man sich mitten in der Hauptstraße befindet, hört man Nachts keinen Lärm.
Cons: Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen, dass einzige, was man hier noch ergänzen sollte, sind 2 Stühle + 1 Tisch auf dem Balkon. Das fehlt leider.

Pros: Absolutely everything. Good communication with the host, perfect location, reliable wifi (had to have a few online meetings), excellent facilities.
Cons: It's not that I didn't like, but due to the time of my online meetings, I needed to catch up on my sleep during the day and didn't appreciate being woken up by the cleaning lady who kept asking whether I needed another roll of toilet paper :) But this is just a minor inconvenience, nothing really to complain about :)
