Comfortable and Cozy Apartments

Interesting location and nice apartment at a great price

Pros: - Andy, the property manager, was great. Very helpful and there when we needed her. She spoke pretty fluent English, which was a relief for us non-Portuguese, non-French speakers. - Online communication was quick and resolved any minor issues efficiently. Our fan made a fair amount of noise the first night, but it was replaced with a perfect one the same day I requested it. - Interesting location. Close walk to a large hub of restaurants, banks, grocery stores and more. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from here in the evenings. If you get the right taxi driver, it should be about 200-300 CVE (2-3 Euro) to the best beach around Praia (Quebra Canela). - Nicely appointed, spacious apartment with all the basic amenities.

Cons: - Unfortunately there was no hot water. Admittedly, we didn't ask about it, but only assumed it didn't exist. This may have been an oversight on our part, I'm not sure. This was the only thing that kept us from staying longer. - It's on a very central road, so if you're a light sleeper you probably won't do too well here. With that said, we only noticed noise issues the first night with a number of dogs in the surrounding area. The second and third nights there was only the passing of the occasional loud motorcycle or car with a beat up muffler. This is to be expected on a main road. Wasn't an issue for us.

Pros: easy check in, very helpful host, easy communication, very clean, spacious, fast internet

Cons: it was extremely hot in the apartment

Cons: Il y a beaucoup de circulation sur l'avenue, c'est donc assez bruyant.

Appartement neuf, agréable et proche de tout.

Pros: L'appartement est neuf et très agréable. Des taxis passent tout le temps et amènent à la plage ou au Plateau pour moins de 2€...

Cons: Il est un peu isolé et il n'est pas conseillé de sortir la nuit, mais comme presque partout et notamment au Plateau...

Apartamento impoluto bonito y bien situado

Pros: Limpísimo, todo nuevo, bien situado a medio camino entre las mejor playa y Plateu, zona centro. Tres autobuses al lado q te llevan en 5 minutos si no quieres andar. Los dueños viven al lado, hablan inglés y portugués y nos esperaron aunque llegamos tardísimo. Todo 💯

Cons: Todo me gustó

Pros: Apartamento muito bem equipado e com bom gosto. Anfitriã muito simpática, guardou-nos alguns itens enquanto visitávamos a ilha do Maio.

Cons: A única coisa menos boa era o colchão não ser confortável.

Pros: Apartamento muito bem equipado, a uma curta caminhada (5 minutos) tem restaurantes e mercados. Anfitriã muito simpática, e guardou-nos uma mala enquanto viajamos para outra ilha. Recomendo!
