Great apartment but issues with hot water

Pros: Incredibly big apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and an airco in every room. Everything is new and of a proper quality. The master bedroom even had a warm blanket that we missed so much at Cape Verde.

Cons: There was no hot water: my husband managed to get short warm douche on arrival and after that nothing… I tried several times in the evening and in the morning with hours in between and had to take a cold shower in the end… very disappointing after a long travel and in a such nice apartment…

Pros: Very nice appartment. The host is very responsive and super helpful. Will sort anything out for you quickly. Highly recommend it. Beautiful place.

Pros: The apartment was great, with big rooms and all the necessary kitchen appliances. It was well-decorated and very comfortable. It's within walking distance of a walking lane and has some restaurants nearby. It's easy to grab a taxi and go around. The internet was good. The communication with the manager (Janilson) was very good - he promptly answered all of our questions and quickly supported us with any issues.

Cons: The neighbourhood was safe and had security guards all over. But if you are the type who likes to explore the neighbourhood on foot and see locals around, this may not be your preferred place to stay in Praia.

Pros: The apartment is new with all comforts and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-In was easy. The area is quite and safe. You can walk along the sea to reach the beach takes around 10-15 mins. For Plateu you will need a Taxi though but we did not mind

Pros: Het staat in een hele veilige mooie buurt appartement was ook heel schoon en nieuw was ons goed bevallen alles was ook goed bereikbaar winkels enz loopafstand

Pros: Appartement très spacieux, propre, lumineux. Il ne manque absolument rien. Un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons même été généreusement dépanné à la suite d'un problème de voiture.

Pros: For the most part, I liked the professionalism of my hoster Janilson Cardoso , he was constantly checking if everything in the apartment was ok, always reachable and I love that. I'll score him 20 out of 10 lol.

Pros: L’appartement spacieux, très confortable, tranquille, quartier sûr avec la police en face, bistrot sympa en bas. L’appartement est bien équipé, parking facile en bas de l’immeuble. Quartier tranquille en dehors de la frénésie du centre, à quelques minutes de la plage.

Pros: Przestronny, nowo urządzony apartament, bardzo dobrze położony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z pomocnym właścicielem. Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy 😊

Excellent séjour

Pros: Logement spacieux, bien équipé, conforme aux photos Très bonne communication avec l'hôte qui est très réactif
