Why stay anywhere else?

Pros: Excellently situated apartment run by the amazing Wagner.Very clean with all amenities and great value for money.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: Wagner is a legend! Really kind, friendly and helpful guy, with perfect English (but, also happy to give you a chance to practise your Portuguese!). Always responsive. I extended my stay in the apartment, until it became unavailable - he then helped me find a room in a nearby hotel he manages, with some extra help along the way. Apartment is better located than I'd realised from the map - walkable to everywhere you'd want to go; close to the biggest supermarket in town, as well as the Aluguer station. Everything as per photos and description; except if, like me, you're using an EU plug adaptor. I couldn't find a better deal in town and had to pay significantly more at other properties, after I left. Staying here and meeting Wagner couldn't have set me up better, for the rest of my time on Boa Vista!

Cons: On occasion, you might see some teeny tiny ants buzzing around.

Pros: Good location and great value for money, so you can’t complain! The host was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend asking him about the breakfast option at the hotel. He also organized a taxi to pick us up/drop off which worked great.

Cons: We didn’t mind but maybe just a warning that the location can be a bit noisy.

Comfortable No

Pros: Outside I was wondering a bit because the building is unpainted. But inside I found this a comfortable flat with all the necessaries. Wagner was a really nice person and very helpful. I'd stay there if I came back and I'd recommend it to friends.

Pros: Perfect location in the center of the small town, beach, bars, restaurants and local shops in within 10 mins walk. The owner of the apartment was there to greet me on arrival, kept in touch the whole time in case I needed anything, overall you could not wish to meet a nicer person.

Nice apartment. No frills. Lovely host. Good wifi. Convenient supermarket next door.

Pros: Wagner was a great and friendly host, meeting on arrival to give the keys and was always available to give advice for going around the island during my stay. Inside the apartment, there was everything you would need for a short, simple stay. Wifi was great, and everything else worked, which is not always guaranteed! There is a supermarket just next to the apartment which was very convenient. There were a few little cafés and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, but they were not all obvious. I rented a car and mostly went to other locations outside of the city, there are some beautiful locations around Boa Vista.

Cons: It wasn't a problem at all, but the building itself has not finished being built, and from the outside still looks like breezeblocks and concrete. Once inside the apartment, everything is finished, and you feel like you're in a normal apartment. It could be a shock for some people so be prepared.

Pros: The apartment is furnished with everything you need and is very comfortable. The host is super nice and very accommodating. I would 10/10 recommended this stay.

Lovely!

Pros: Lovely appartment close to the beach and the center. I arrived in the middle of the night and the owner was there to welcome me. The house is at the location of the map on booking, so easy to find. The owner is waiting at the balcony, so i found it really easy. For boa vista prices, really amazing. Yes it is a busy street, you won't find yourself on the balcony but luckily you have lots of cafes or the beach to chill. The kitchen it a bit limited, maybe a frying pan would be nice, but in the basicness you can still make everything you want (i also assume you are not going to cook all out since its a holiday). Bed is comfi and big. Its really not that hot during the night, so a fan is more than enough (i didn't even need it).

Pros: Très bon emplacement. Très gentil et disponible. Rapport qualité, prix excellent.
