The best apartment ever, with bad communication
Pros: Absolutely loved the apartment perfect, beautiful, spacious, fully equipped, two toilets, water filter. Would love to be back! But I have mixed feelings because the host avoided all communication.
Cons: We simply couldn't reach the host at all. I sent many messages, called her..nothing. We didn't find the apartment and had to ask people on the street and called the previous owner. It was frustrating I was worried we will be left without a place to sleep. For those who wonder, it's the building with the round white/rose balconies.

Extraordinary apartment, terrible communication.
Pros: Very nice apartment close to the beach. Very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. A big terrace is a perfect place to spend time and even enjoy the sunset. Restaurants are within walking distance. We very much enjoyed our time and would come back again!
Cons: Communication is a nightmare. It starts with a fact that on booking.com, a free airport transfer is presented - this is a lie. In our case, there was even no paid transfer. All the communication with a host goes via old lady who even does not speak proper English. So prepare your automatic translator for the trip. At the time of our stay, we had an emergency case (the bathroom door broke and I was locked in there) - it lasted 30 Mins before we could reach anyone! And in the end, it wasn't even a host, but the pre-owner of the apartment.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, tastefully decorated, even had ground coffee, olive oil, and everything you need for cooking etc. The rooms are large, the beds and sofa comfortable. There's an outside shower with a view of the ocean, which was so nice we didn't even use the large indoors shower.
Cons: Couple of things worth saying... Air-conditioning, works well in the lounge BUT not in the bedroom. That is apparently an extra cost item at €10 a day, a surprise additional cost I wasn't prepared to pay. I certainly didn't notice any mention of that and I really missed the air con in the bedroom! Had it not been for this I would have given a 9 out of 10. This is Cape Verde, so don't be surprised to have no water during the day. We always had water in the morning and evening through, so it wasn't too bad. Not the hosts fault and as dar as we coukd tell the same for all the surrounding properties, but something to be aware of.

Wow place
Pros: House is such a beautiful place to stay, so much space, full furniture and a great terrace. The host has been kind, available and very helping with local tips ;) Location is good, almost in front of the beach. I strongly recommend this place for visiting beautiful Boa Vista!

Pros: The space (big!) and all its facilities like a washmachine, oven, big fridge with a freezer and steady wifi. Also contact with host Alix!
Cons: Shower was a little outdated, but good waterpressure!

Un acierto
Pros: Me gustó todo, de 10, muy top, apartamento enorme con todo lo necesario para estar como en tu propia casa, muy completo y cómodo, a dos minutos caminando de la playa desde donde navegábamos con el wingfoil, a cinco minutos caminando al centro de Sal Rei…total, un buen lugar para pasar unos días.
Cons: Hay que subir 2 pisos con escaleras que después de un día largo en el mar uno no tiene ni fuerza para subirlas jejeje

Pros: Mit Liebe dekoriertes großes Appartement im 2.Stock mit großer Terrasse (inkl. Außendusche!!) mit Blick auf das Meer -und den Sonnenuntergang 🤩 -unweit der Wassersportstation - und auch nur 10-15min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, Supermarkt/Café/Beachbar auch ums Eck.
Cons: Alles prima-würde ich sofort wieder buchen. In der Umgebung wird zwar laufend gebaut-aber der Lärm tagsüber war nicht laut/störend-und untertags ist man ohnehin fast ausschließlich am Strand/unterwegs… so unpackbar schön, das Meer #fiftyshadesofturquoise

Pros: Tolle Lage, Top Aussicht, groß und schön eingerichtet.
Cons: Haben zuerstmal Kissen und Decken gewaschen, was auch wieder de Farbe weiss erschaffen hat, danach war es halbwegs sauber und ok, Klima im Schlafzimmer leider kaputt, Handtuchstange hing runter, nette Ansprechpartner vor Ort de immer helfen konnten

Pros: Magbifique appartement.on a eu peur du manque de communication au départ mais des que filipa nous a contacté, tout s est bien passé.appartement spacieux avec une merveilleuse terrasse et tout ce qu il fait comme équipements. De plus éléments de 1ere nécessité tous présents (café, huile, sel...).la superbe plage d estoril est en face. Séjour parfait.merci filipa et Luja.
