Luxury Beachhouse Apartment Boa Vista

Incredible accomodation

Pros: Easy to collect the keys as Markus was waiting for me in front of the building. He's a very kind host and I thank him for being flexible especially on the check-in time. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need (and maybe more!) to stay in Boa Vista. I really appreciated the balcony with the nice seating area, the layout of the apartment itself and the welcome fruits and drinks offered. Only a couple of minutes walk from Praia Estoril, and very close to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful and confortable house on the beach

Pros: The apartment Is located at 1 minute walking to the beach (Praia do Estoril, the best beach in the area). It's beautiful, confortable and really well-furnished (with washing machine, dish washer and café machine). We stayed in the house for 2 weeks and from the First day we felt like at home. Highly recommended, great location, new and well furnished

Pros: A perfect choice for privacy and European-standard apartments. The hosts were very nice, Markus was waiting for us upon arrival, the communication before and during the stay was timely, he was always willing to reply and help. The apartment was very well furnished with everything you need. A washing machine was a great bonus, even a small welcome package consisting of water, beer, coffee and some fruits. There is an air coneitioning well functioning. The location was amazing for beach lovers, as it is just behind the Praia do Estoril where the sea is very calm, without waves. Everything was as in the pictures. I would definitely opt for the same accommodation should I come again. Recommended.

Cons: There were no bathroom amenities like shower gel or shampoo (I was informed because I had asked in advance), which is a pity because it's takem for granted in high-rated accommodation types like this. Also there were just two rolls of toilet paper which is not sufficient for a 10-day stay. These are just details, but would add to the final level of satisfaction.

Best hosts

Pros: The guys are an absolute gem, such amazing hosts, so caring and always there for anything you need. Their apartment is super clean, has everything you need, 10/10 also for the kitchen. We never used it, but had everything you need if you do want to cook and it was all of exceptional quality. Their restaurant, Casa Rosa, is also so so good, we ended up eating there every night, so totally recommend it. The location is quiet, 2 min from the beach. You also have supermarkets in the vicinity, so you don’t need much else.

Our stay was indeed perfect.

Pros: The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed, very clean and modern. The location is perfect as it’s close to the beach and bars, but also has an element of privacy which was perfect. This stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Excellent comfortable and design house close to Estoril beach

Pros: Lovely house newly refurbished, full of comfort few meters away from the beach. Nice and comfortable balcony to relax!

Pros: The apartment is very well equiped and comfortable. Situated in an ideal, calm location, very close to the beach. The host was very welcoming, always available to help.

Wonderful apartment with a great host.

Pros: Located right on the beach and close to town, this apartment is the best of both worlds. The highlights for us were the walk north along the beach into town for dinner and morning walks south for total solitude. You have beach bars and water sports facilities right on your door step should you want to use them but they are never intrusive. The facilities in the apartment can not be faulted, everything worked as it should. The communal arears of the building are cleaned daily and the whole place is well maintained. Sascha was the prefect host at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Sascha has also recently opened a restaurant in town - well worth a visit - and was happy to use his local contacts to find a particular type of grog I was looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die gesamte Infrastruktur funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch bei Anliegen ausserhalb der Wohnung ist der Gastgeber äusserst hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!
