A clean, cozy, well-located apartment that made for a fantastic stay.

Pros: The property was spotless and in a great central location, close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment itself was spacious yet cozy, and came equipped with lots of utensils and extras, which was a really thoughtful touch. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings — although it faces another building, it didn’t bother us at all and actually gave us a nice sense of privacy. Plus, the beach was only a one-minute walk away, which was perfect. Overall, a lovely stay!

Pros: Very nice place. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The whole building is also well maintained and cleaned every day. The host is always available, helping with everything you need in a few minutes (even fixing the washing machine instantly :)). When we had to leave earlier, due to the ferry cancellation, and had to go with earlier flight instead, the host returned us the costs of the night we had to skip. It was an exceptional gesture. There is only a tiny TV, but you have a very good Wi-Fi instead and a beautiful beach just nearby :).

Pros: Perfect location, nearby beautiful beach, Cafe bars, shops, everything (appartament situated in the center)

Cons: View from the balcony , noises from the main holl (but those are just a small things which did not make my trip worse than)

Very well located and comfortable

Pros: Wonderful apartment! It is clean and spacious. It is very well located, just a few meters to the beach and few meters to the town. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a good pressure. I would come back anytime.

Cons: The only minor thing is that the balcony is facing a wall, but no big issue.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito, vicino al centro, ai vari negozi, bar e ristoranti. Molto cordiali e disponibili, Davide, il proprietario e Noemi, la ragazza che ci ha accolto.

Schöne Wohnung für ein paar Tage.

Pros: Sehr gute Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, sauber und gepflegt. Sehr guter Verwalter. Flughafentransfer wurde für kleines Geld auch organisiert

Cons: Vor der Haustür Baustelle. Balkon hinterm Haus mit Ausblick auf das Haus Nebenan.

Tivemos uma estadia espetacular no apartamento do Davide.

Pros: Gostámos da localização, excelente, perto da praia, restaurantes, comércios locais. Não se ouvia barulho nenhum durante a noite, o que permitia descansar muito bem. O Luca, que nos abriu a porta, estava sempre disponível para alguma eventualidade. Também nos ajudaram no transporte do aeroporto para o apartamento. Gostámos e recomendamos. Davide, obrigado pelo espaço, e gentileza. Belmiro, Fernanda.

Pros: Ottima posizione e accoglienza. Casa molto pulita, di recente ristrutturazione, accogliente e spaziosa

Cons: Alcuni spunti di miglioramento: -oltre a stoviglie e pentole sarebbe comodo avere anche qualche ingrediente base per cucinare come sale e olio. -poco sapone, quasi nullo, per lavare le stoviglie. Lo stesso in bagno

Pros: В первую очередь общение с владельцем и персоналом, очень дружелюбные приветливые люди:) Месторасположение удачное, все находится близко. Чисто. Достаточно посуды на кухне, мы любим сами готовить, покупали на местном рынке свежайшую рыбу. Хотя питьевая вода покупная, в душевой мылись и стирали в машине без проблем и перебоев. WiFi хорошо работал, возможность посмотреть TV на любом языке. Москитные сетки на окнах есть. В целом все хорошо и комфортно, но кое-что можно было бы обновить.

Cons: Отсутствие микроволновки и кондиционера. Был только вентилятор, но неисправный электрошнур, мы его сами починили. А так же сами купили и поменяли батарейки па пульте телевизора и в часах. Средств гигиены, простого мыла для рук тоже не было. Приготовьтесь к тому, что место шумное, особенно по ночам.
