good location, bright, service to improve

Pros: Nice appart, bright (compared to other one in same building this has outside terrace), decently equipped. main problem is that it is a estate agent managing it: so little understanding of services to provide (no soap, no shampoo, ....). this appart had coffee machine, adapter for hair drier and other basic equipment

Cons: service of agency could be better. also listing cover several appart but not clear which one you'll get and what it looks like exactly (vague pics)

Nice apartment but book only if you have own data/internet

Pros: Accomodation overall is nice, clean, well equipped.

Cons: Wifi nearly non-existent, randomly works for 1-5 minutes few times a day. In my opinion providing internet should is a must, I know the router is in the apartment and there is a connectable wifi (multiple when you contact the landlord), but it needs a fix or description/discount that you book an apartment without internet.

Pros: Clean modern appartment. Not particularly charming of course as it’s a newly developed place; I do hope that the town puts a cap on the further “appartementization” and doesn’t lose its character. Convenient location though and comfortable.

Pros: The accommodation is well located, although it isn't on the sea front, but just 5min walk from the beach of Estoril and very close to the port. There are restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The apartment looks new: the bed is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Communication with Monica has been excellent: friendly and willing. .

Cons: As a suggestion for improvement, it lacks some details such as a shelf in the bathroom or toiletries like gel and shampoo. Also a table and chairs on the terrace!

Best option price/quality in Sal Rei

Pros: Amazing apartment in the best location of Sal Rei The host was very kind and I had a great time!

Pros: Perfect place for a couple. Our apartment was spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. There is beach few minutes away, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. There is also laundry downstairs. The staff was super helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp

Pros: The apartment was really clean and the location of the place was great! The host was really nice and always helpful. Once, when the gas ran out, we reported the problem and the owner came right away to help us out! (Problem was solved in no time!) Djarssica, thank you so much for an amazing two weeks! Pros: You have a stunning view from the balcony! The appartment is modern and clean. It's a small walk to the beach. We took surfequipment and could storage it on the groundfloor. I would stay here again.

Cons: The stairs to the upper sleeparea is a bit scary, better use the sofa bed!

Comodo, spazioso e carino

Pros: La posizione é perfetta. Davanti alla spiaggia e al piccolo centro di Sal Rei. L’appartamento é spazioso, luminoso e comodo. Terrazza molto carina e super utile per far asciugare la roba.

Cons: L’appartamento era pulito ma alcune cose non erano molto igeniche (per esempio i cuscini non avevano un buon odore e il materasso non aveva copri materasso). L’appartamento aveva solo l’essenziale, un rotolo di cartigenica, nessuno scotex in cucina o qualche altro prodotto che sarebbe potuto esserci utile. L’edificio é poco insonorizzato e si sente molto il rumore della strada o dei vicini. Il taxi prenotato tramite gli host, sia all’andata che al ritorno era abbastanza in ritardo. Ma in generale é andato tutto molto bene

Good value simple apartment in good location

Pros: This is a simple 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment well located in Sal Rei with a balcony and TV/couch/kitchen area. Responsive and accommodating hosts, they were able to arrange airport transfers for us. There’s a view of the water. New building, fans.

Cons: It would be nice to have some simple things like hand soap, salt/pepper/oil for the kitchen, more than 1 roll of toilet paper. A place to put toiletries in the shower. This is not the hosts fault but The building is very noisy, walls are quite thin. I’m not usually sensitive to noise but you can hear everything above , below, next to, hallways. Sometimes people party late, sometimes no. And there’s always the donkeys screaming at night- but this is everywhere on the island. Just something you get used to
