Pros: Well equipped, friendly staff, a bottle of cold water was provided in the fridge, calm and quiet area

Pros: Everything, The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, The hosts were very nice nothing was any trouble for them, The Cleaners were lovely and worked very hard, the location was ideal for the centre of Santa Maria, Will be going back

Cons: The only down side were the Dogs barking outside, but nothing to do with the Accommodation or Hosts

Cons: I was supposed to receive breakfast but I have been informed that breakfast wont be served due to logistics reason and they will charge less than initial price bıt not really sure if it went in this way.

Pros: The location is excellent, in the authentic old quarter of the town, close to the main street with its shops and restaurants, and the sea just across the main street. The staff took great care of our safety, the entrance door is always locked. Bed linen and towels were changed every three days. The landlady and other staff members were courteous, attentive, and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay, in spite of all our fears of travelling to this island. It was an essential part of our general very favourable impression of our trip to Sal and Santa Maria.

Pros: Very good location, simple but clean and had all we needed. Good internet connection and always with good pressure and hot water in the bathroom:) Family friendly! To repeat!

Pros: The Wi-Fi is good for teleworking. The staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. It could benefit from some renovation and updated furniture, but it is efficient and good value for money, even during high season. Much better than staying at a resort, as you are right in the center of the village, surrounded by genuine local life. Breakfast is not offered.

Pros: We were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel is centrally located, impeccably clean, and the entire team is exceptionally friendly. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!

Good stay

Pros: We had a good stay, location is nice and apartment was clean and well equipped. The only downside was that there is no elevator and it was a bit challenging climbing those few sets of steps with heavy bags and no help.

Super clean in a very good location

Pros: Extremely clean, perfect location, strong AC n WiFi. The apartment was speceful with a balcony. The mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommend it

Cons: The owners need to put fr9nt door pictures as the taxi driver couldn't find the place since it's new, and the host wasn't answering the phone calls, so it was frustrating at first. Only the washing machine is missing in the apartment, and other facilities are just perfect. The host doesn't really speak much of English, so Google Translate is a help. The third floor turned out to be a good workout a few times a day.

Pros: Friendly staff , always ready to help and make sure we are happy .

Cons: I have no complaints. Everything was on point 🫡
