Spacious and clean flat in a great location

Pros: This is a newly refurbished flat, located on the main street in Santa Maria. It is spacious and clean, a balcony is a great asset to have a coffee and watch people passing by.

Recommend it.

Pros: Location can’t be better. Just on the Main Street. Property is very nice.

Cons: Host lacks a bit with the communication. A few more attention to details in the flat would make it perfect.

Briliant apartment

Pros: The location, the space, the aircon, the bed was very comfortable great cooking space spacious bathroom lots of wardrobe space. Just a really great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean apartment, easy check in

Pros: Literally on the main street close to everything. The staff was super nice. There’s a locker with the keys to auto check in. There’s reply instantly if you need anything. Also, i requested them to book me a taxi to pick us up in the airport. I recommend. Apartment super nice and clean.

Cons: No blackouts in the windows, so your room will get sunny on sunrise

Pros: Nice, clean apartment well equipped kitchen, nice bed, great location with balcony overlooking main street district

Pros: We really liked the location,, it's literally on the main street however, it is a couple of minutes away from the bar area so there is no noise at all. Some comments mention the lack of water pressure which was not that bad, honestly.

Cons: We ran out of light but it was fixed. Netflix is not working since it asked for an update that we could not manage to do. It was a shame since it was one of the reasons why we chose this flat.

Great stay Santa Maria

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants but quiet enough to get good sleep. On arrival the accommodation was especially clean and has very good storage space, kitchen equipment, air conditioning and WiFi. The smart TV has many channels but I didn't use it, can also be changed to your language. One time we had a water shortage, which is normal in Cabo Verde and this was quickly sorted at the apartment by the staff. I was met for the door key handover on arrival and departure. I highly recommend the apartment for a great stay.

Pros: Perfect location all needed amenities There was an island wide shortage of water but the property owners successfully did everything they could to fix/mitigate the situation asap which impressed us. They were quite communicative too.

Pros: A localização é muito boa, tudo funcionava bem e estava suficientemente equipada. O anfitrião foi prestável, bastou enviar mensagem. Guardou as malas durante o dia do checkout o que nos ajudou muito.

Cons: A casa poderia ter uma melhor iluminação, tornando o espaço mais agradável, especialmente à noite. Chamámos à atenção para uma questão que precisava de ser trocada na casa de banho, contudo acredito que estará resolvido para os próximos hóspedes.
