Apt14 Porto Antigo 1 with Pool and Beach views

Loved our stay in Santa Maria at Porto Antigo 1

Pros: Location great and apartment had everything we needed

A very nice apartment in perfect location with great surroundings

Pros: The whole hotel/apartment area was beautiful and very well taken care of. Beautiful flowers, surroundings etc. It felt very safe. The apartment had a perfect location right by the pool. Almost everything was perfect with this apartment. We were 2 adults and a 16 years old boy. The location of Porto Antigo 2 is great, it's in the town center of Santa Maria but also right by the sea and it was a calm place to stay at.

Cons: The pool could be a bit warmer, it was cold to swim in it when we went there in january. A good thing is that there is a small shower by the pool so you can shower of the sand before you go in to the apartment.

Pros: Great location, facing the pool, which always had plenty of sunbeds free, also with easy access to private beach areas. Also 4 mats provided for use on the sunbeds which were a blessing, as not everyone seemed to have these supplied. Lots of cats here, but they left you alone if you didn't bother them, and we liked having them around anyway, so was a plus for us. Was a pleasure dealing with the host, who made sure everything went smoothly, including the pick up at the airport. Can't fault anything at all really.

Pros: Super lokacija, zelo ustrežljiv lastnik, čeprav ni na lokaciji je vedno na voljo, bazen in Plaža takoj ko prideš iz nadtanitve.

Cons: Lastnik mora obvezno zamenjati kavč, kot dodatno ležišče.

Sejour parfait pour s'évader de notre quotidien

Pros: Résidence privée sécurisée 24/24h par 3 personnes, des agents d'entretien jardin/piscine travaillent au quotidien. Une grande piscine ainsi que l'accès à une plage privée. Un bon débit internet (30mb pour les connaisseurs). Un super endroit si vous avez des enfants également.

Cons: Le tarif des restaurants et des supermarché est similaire à ce qu'il se pratique en France, voir pire (exemple: 50€ la crème solaire en pharmacie). Les vendeurs de souvenirs sont hyper racoleurs, c'est vraiment fatiguant à la longue.

Cons: Der Besitzer des Appartments lebt in England. Kommunikation in Englisch. Die Reaktionszeit ist schnell. Die Miete ist auf ein englisches bzw. kapverdisches Konto zu überweisen Das ist aus der EU etwas umständlich. Am letzten Abend machten wir Bekanntschaft mit zwei Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Kein Zeichen für mangelnde Sauberkeit, sondern vermutlich unausweichlich (auch in anderen Appartments.
