T1 Vista Mar - Porto Antigo 3

Great little apartment in well-located resort. We would go back.

Pros: Great little apartment in a wonderful location, right in the centre of the town. The complex is ideal - right on the beach with a good swimming pool. There's a lovely section of private beach with a breakwater to protect swimmers from the bigger waves and tides. Very safe for families. The resort has on-site security, a cafe, a couple of bars, ice cream parlour and small souvenir shop. There is a small mini-market over the road with all the basic products, and a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants within a short stroll. The sea view from the apartment balcony is lovely - a great place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The apartment has all you need - the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi and aircon worked well, the kitchen was well equipped with kettle, toaster etc. The boiler provided plenty of hot water. The host was very helpful and had kindly left a bottle of water in the fridge for us on arrival. All in all, a great location for our stay in Santa Maria.

Cons: The island's infrastructure is still developing and water is at a premium. Water pressure in the whole resort (not just this apartment) can be low at peak times when all the apartments are using it for showers etc. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV but we don't generally watch it anyway.

Spacious Apartment with Sea View

Pros: Best Location in the centre of Santa Maria. Swimming pool and beach just a few steps away. Beautiful sea view from the balcony and living room. Everything you need in the kitchen. Including a kettle and toaster!

Pros: Very spacious apartment, nicely located and with very good facilities (the pool and private beach above all). Walking distance from the city centre and amenities.

Nice apartment in a great location

Pros: Location is prefect, close to the main strip for bars and restaurants and very close to the beach, apartment is clean but the bathroom is a little dated ( could be better)

Cons: the sun beds on the private beach don't have any mattresses and are uncomfortable. Some of the other apartment's provided mattresses but ours didn't, that would be nice to have

Magnific

Pros: Very nice apartment located in the center of Santa Maria in one of the best tourist complexes in Sal.

Cons: The host was super kind and made our stay easy with all was needed for a magnific holiday

Excelente estadia!

Pros: Gostamos muito da localização, a segurança e da disponibilidade do anfitrião. Uma experiência a repetir.

Cons: Achamos que deveria ter uma ventoinha no quarto para as noites mais quentes, embora tenha ar condicionado na sala que não ligamos. Também precisava de ter mais cabides ou mesa de apoio na casa de banho. De resto tudo na perfeição.

Pros: Alles bestens, gute Lage und sehr angenehme entgegenkommende Vermieter! Selbst den Pool in der Anlage durfte man benützen.

Cons: Die Überweisung in Fremdwährung war bei mir ein Problem. Das lag allerdings an meiner Bank. Selbst da ist mir die Vermieterin entgegengekommen.

Pros: Отзывчивая хозяйка апартаментов, всё в пешей доступности, океан и бассейн рядом. Номер стоит своих денег.

Estancia estupenda

Pros: Apartamento en un bonito comolejo ,con playa privada y piscina. Muy cómodo y funcional. Ubicación perfecta junto al centro de Santa Maria. Dueña de apartamebto muy amable en todas las cuestiones que surgieron.

Pros: La situation de l appartement. La vue. Bonne literie. La disponibilité de l hote.

Cons: Clim dans la pièce principale, nécessité de dormir la porte de la chambre ouverte avec bruit du frigo.
