Pros: Clean, bright apartment in an excellent location just a few steps from the beach. Carmen, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent value for money for a relaxing holiday in Cape Verde.

Bella vacanza a sole
Pros: Appartamento centrale, pulito, spazioso, ben attrezzato, situato vicino alla spiagia piu bella. Tutto cio di che avete bisogno e nelle vicinanze: ristorante, negozi. La proprietaria, Carmen, e stata molto attenta, ci ha aiutato con un taxi per aeroporto e ci ha permesso di fare check-out tardi. Lo consiglio vivamente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Pros: Perfekte Lage und natürlich das Pool punktet. Sehr groß. Tolle und sehr hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Cons: Es könnte mehr Licht (Lampen) haben. Das Apartment ist ziemlich dunkel.

Pros: L'appartamento è grande, pulito, gradevole e dotato dei comfort necessari. La proprietaria è italiana ed è molto disponibile, risponde rapidamente a qualsiasi richiesta.

Centralt belägen etagelägenhet med hög stadard
Pros: Välstädad och mysig lägenhet på översta planet i 2 etage med balkong på båda planen mot atriumgård. Mycket välutrustat kök. Stort och fräscht duschrum. Bra möbler för balkong vistelser. Solstolar. Nedre balkongen skyddad från nordvästvinden. Lägenhetskomplexet städas dagligen och känns tryggt att röra sig i. Mycket bra läge mitt i centrum av S Maria. Bageri 100m. Stranden 200 m. Buss och taxi- station 200m. Många supermarkets inom 300m. I markplanet finns en liten bra local restaurang. Lunch/Middag 3-4€ Glad betjäning. ( bild) Bästa, billigaste och mysigaste locala mat-stället i byn, Flor de Sal, ligger 300m öster ut. 👍 Lunch 5€ (bild). Live music vissa kvällar. Även CamaraCamara, nära, har bra local mat men har bara kvällsöppet och är ofta fullt redan efter en timme. Tvål/Shampoo ingår inte.

Pros: La posizione è ottima perché hai tutto a portata di mano, in meno di 200 metri trovi tutto (farmacia pizzerie,ristoranti, discoteca, supermercati, mare...) l'appartamento è spazioso e ben fornito, in una struttura tranquilla e Carmen è un host eccellente e disponibile! Grazie di tutto
Cons: Il rumore che viene dalla strada soprattutto di notte, ma è il prezzo da pagare se vuoi stare al centro, sopra la pedonale dove c'è gente che canta e balla sempre e a qualsiasi ora

Great for kiters who want the full Santa Maria experience
Pros: Super central, 5 min to all bars, restaurants and the beach, with the Padaria Pao Quente a must try. Rather large and comfortable, mosquito nets on windows (not that we had any mosquitos during our stay). The little restaurant just downstairs had nice and cheap specialties from Cabo Verde, but you should also venture to Cafe Kriolo for the tuna carpaccio. You can easily get to Kite beach by taxi for 7€ / 700 CVE, or a 40 min walk, or even request transfers from Mitu&Djo kite school.
Cons: Central also means more noise, so it all depends on your tolerance to noise. I was fine with earplugs on weekend nights because of the concerts at the Buddy's bar (until 2-3 am) a block away.

Pros: Gostei muito da sra Cármen, muitooo simpática e prestável! Obrigada por tudo! 😍 Localização, para além de ser muito central e haver barulho, acaba por se ultrapassar!

Super rapport qualité prix.
Pros: Appartement confortable, propre, bonne literie, bien équipé et bien situé dans le centre a 2 pas des commerces et de la plage. Carmen a été très accueillante et réactive, nous avons eu un problème avec la bouilloire et elle nous en a apporté une neuve rapidement ! Merci nous avons passés un très bon séjour :)
