Luna Boutique Hotel

A wonderful, small hotel in a great location

Pros: Very warm welcome at the reception desk, professional check-in process. Beautiful, large, clean, well-equipped room with a very comfortable double bed. Cons: Absolutely nothing, just a small hint: The hotel is a little difficult to find on the first approach due to the current construction work. But no worries, after that, you'll know the zigzag route through the narrow streets. ;-)

Pros: Pleasant, clean, comfortable. Service-minded staff

Cons: No sheltered sunny corner for windy conditions.

Pros: The view and the location. And the very accommodating and helpful and friendly and welcoming staff! They even borrowed us a mobile phone for the hikes!

Cons: It is windy in the breakfast room ( but will be repaired soon) and there could be natural yogurt and papaya for breakfast.

Pros: Nice and cute place. Stylish and in a good location.

Cons: Window could have been a bit cleaner. From the rooms, the reception can be heard very easily. It was not a problem, but if the doors could isolate a bit better against sound this would be good.

Pros: I loved everything about this boutique hotel. Very modern space with amazing staff. The stagg were very helpful and attentive. This was my best hotel experience so far in Cape verde. ❤️

Nice boutique hotel for a few days

Pros: Very clean good location and excellent staff especially Eliana in reception who was fantastic

Cons: Such a shame that they have lost the view and the building work is very noisy

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Luna for a week. It's a perfect place to explore Mindelo. It's quiet because not fully in the center yet very close to the beach. The absolute highlight for us was the staff that cared extremely well for us while my wife was a bit sick -- it feels so good in those moment to be around nice and caring people. We will always come back to Luna if we get to Mindelo.

VERY CLEAN HOTEL

Pros: Very clean hotel. Nice rooms with balconies. Friendly and very helpfull staff. Receptionist helped me with technical tv and adapter issues. A pool. Excellent wifi. A very good restauarant, almost next door. Where I dined 3 times. Delicious breakfast. Beach in front with Kalimba bar and restauarant.

Cons: Pool is very small. Construction work opposite the hotel. Unfortunately they are building a new huge hotel, just in front of Luna boutique. So the ocean view is almost gone! The location is a bit out of the centre. We took a taxi several times. To the front entrance of the hotel took several extra streets. Because the hotel street is closed due to the construction work.

Relaxing comfy vibe by the sea

Pros: Wonderful staff, prompt and friendly communication and they helped out with info or arranging car transfers always with a smile. Breakfast was very good, with local sourced fresh fruits and dishes (excellent cachupa)! The room was comfy, nice mattress and had all amenities one would expect. The hotel is located very close to the main beach of Mindelo, Praia da Laginha- amazing beach with crystal clear blue water.
