Pros: Room with plenty of space, including the bathroom and shower being quite large, comfortable bed. Also, location very convient. The bar/restaurant has a nice vibe and very nice stuff

Cons: No mineral water provided, fridge didn’t appear to work, balcony underwhelming, inability to access the hotel when we arrived as no one answered/responded to the bell, some staining on furniture

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Mindelo

Pros: I stayed twice at Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is excellently located in the center of Mindelo, very close to the harbor, which is ideal for exploring the city. The taxi ride from the airport cost around EUR 12 and I received a friendly welcome upon arrival. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which had airconditioning and was very comfortable. This is definitely a good option compared to the simpler rooms, which apparantly do not have airconditioning. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the breakfast was reasonable. Overall, I would recommend Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel, especially the Junior Suite, for its location, comfort and friendly service.

Stulish new hotel in a great location. Easy accesss.

Pros: Location is excellent , stylish and new. Nice size room and bathroom.

Cons: No AC in the room. Breakfast was good but they really should not re-serve cakes after 3 days … not sure how safe that is. The bed was not confortable at all in our room.
