Nice hotel for a good price

Pros: Good breakfast, nice room and pool. Good views from the balcony. One of the cheaper options on Sao Vicente.

Cons: The location is not perfect. We had a rental car so that whas no problem for us.

I think amazing for vacation as well as for shorter stays

Pros: Location was good - only €3-€5 euro for taxi into the actual town or 1 hour walk. When booking taxis back to hotel, I would suggest getting the number of the cheap taxi drivers or asking a nice hotel to call you a taxi, that’s when we got the cheapest. Staff - the staff were an absolute pleasure oh my, so friendly, helpful! We stayed for 2 nights and it was great place, such good value for money (€60 a night for two people)

Cons: Bit far but very peaceful to get away from the city

A pleasant, comfortable apartment/hotel with excellent staff, but slightly disappointing location.

Pros: The staff were, without exception, very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good, varied, and plentiful. The pool was clean, but the weather a little too cool and windy for us to use it; the same applied to the sun terrace around it. Taxis were inexpensive, easily arranged through reception, but the vehicles were often old with no seatbelts. About two to three Euros into town, a little more at night. The small supermarket supplied all the sorts of food one might need to make a meal in the apartment.

Cons: It was a little too far to walk into town, and there was no restaurant locally for an evening meal. We found it rather noisy, between the local dogs at night and lorries during the day, and especially the incessant wind, stronger than we had expected from Trade Winds.

Pros: Very nice big and well equipped apartment with balcony. Big comfy bed, nice staff. Grocery shop in the same building. Beautiful patio.

Cons: Make sure you get the room you paid for. No restaurant around, you need to take taxi (3-4€ and just 5 min drive). There is a beach but you cannot swimm :(

Pros: We had only one short night at Las Rochas. The view of the sea was beautiful! The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The guy at reception was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool.

Cons: They could really use air-conditioning in the future! Also, while it was nice there was a minimarket downstairs, it was hard to scrape together a proper breakfast there.

Pros: I loved the location. The ocean view is so beautiful and the staff very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very modern, clean with lots of room. I loved the bathroom, very spacious and modern. Very big deck with view of the ocean and lots of cool breeze. I loved everything about my stay there. The internet was also good and I was able to work.

Pros: La struttura è moderna, pulita e silenziosa. Ad una distanza ragionevole dalla città di Mindelo, che si può raggiungere sia col taxi, al costo di meno di 3 euro, o con una passeggiata rilassante lungo il mare. La colazione a buffet è adeguata. La cucina è ben attrezzata, permette di organizzare pranzi e cene, servendosi al minimsrket anesso alla struttura, ben fornito di cibi vari e bevande assortite. Tra i servizi offerti, da segnalare e consigliare il massaggio praticato dalla signora Genevieve. Un'ora di relax e distensione di cui il corpo beneficia nei giorni successivi. Complimenti per la professionalità ed efficacia del trattamento. Un'esperienza da ripetere e consigliare. In generale il soggiorno è stato molto positivo.
