Pros: The place is very clean. The ground floor flat is big. Air Conditioning is efficient. The swimming pool is nice and clean (however the furniture - chairs - is getting a bit old). It's secure with personnel around 24/24hrs.

Cons: The location is in a district which does not inspire confidence. As it was the first time we came to Praia, it was difficult to imagine how the district is. It's definitely important to have a car if you come here. The WiFi signal is very weak in the ground floor flat. A bit sad that the little bar next to the swimming pool was not open.

Excellent location if you want to rest between planes to the islands

Pros: The staff is really super. They try all they can to make your stay perfect. On our first day, they organized breakfast even if we were way too late. They had pick up at airport organized. They gave us super advices for taxi, food delivery. and the pool was just great and clean!!! Excellent stay for us.

Cons: We had no problem with it as we were looking for a quiet place but it is a bit outside Praia so you need to call taxi or have rent a car. There is a list of taxis available.

Au calme dans une ville très bruyante.

Pros: Logement très confortable avec cuisine et 2 chambres, équipé de moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Emplacement calme, très peu de bruit Sur les hauteurs donc il y a de l'air, facile de faire un courant d'air.

Cons: Un peu loin à pied du centre, mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs équipés de torches (téléphone) pour rentrer le soir. Piscine pas très propre

Pros: Bardzo duże mieszkanie położone w pobliżu portu i lotniska (po ok. 1,5-2 km). 3 pokoje, 2 łazienki, duży salon i kuchnia, 2 balkony. W pobliżu miejsca, gdzie można zjeść i wypić. Niedaleko jest bankomat. Okolica pozwala poznać klimat Capo Verde. Obiekt położony bezpośrednie przy siłowni na świeżym powietrzu.

Cons: Brak czajnika elektrycznego (udało się zagotować wodę w garnku).
