Aparthotel Praiano

Fantastic clean apartment in a quiet district, close to beach and the old city center.

Pros: Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the good service and comfortable environment.

Pros: I had a really nice stay at this property during my holiday. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, always willing to assist whenever needed, which made a big difference. Overall, everything was well organised and met my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience. I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, the kitchen could be better equipped. There were limited cooking utensils available, and having food storage containers, extra plates, additional cutlery, and a toaster would have made meal preparation more convenient. These are minor suggestions, but they would greatly improve guest comfort and overall experience, especially during longer stays.

Pros: Beautiful, modern apartment with enough amenities for a short stay.

Cons: The WiFi was a bit weak at times, but mostly okay. It would have been nice for there to be more natural light, especially in the living room.

Nice and spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment was really good. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Johnny was really nice and helpful. He was very communicative. Appreciate the flexibility with check in time, as our flight was arriving late in the evening and he arranged airport pick up for us. When asking for recommendations to do the laundry, they offered to do the laundry for us and it was super convenient, fast and at a good price.

Cons: The experience was very good overall. I'd have preferred a bit more central location, as the center is not at a walking distance. But you can get a taxi quite cheap. There are some restaurant options around, which was convenient, especially for dinner in the evenings.

Cozy and relaxing

Pros: The breakfasts at the nearby restaurants were superb. I liked the size of the apartment. The shower was perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable. The staff were always keeping the apartment clean. The air conditioning worked very well. And the kindness of Johnny: Super cool!

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: In a quiet neighbourhood, with many restaurants in the vincinity and a short walk to the beach and mall. Djonny is very helpful with information and arrangements for airport shuttle etc. apartment is large

Pros: Everything was super, location is near the ocean, very clean room and the host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

I am going to visit Cabo Verde again.

Pros: Johnny was an amazing host, extremely helpful with a variety of questions and concerns presented to him. He extended his courtesy beyond the standard care and would greatly recommend this establishment to others and most certainly for my return to Cabo Verde.

Cons: The front door to access the building required some wiggling and I was not the only one who struggled with this so if that could be fixed, the place is truly wonderful with great value for money considering its proximity to the beach, great restaurants and shopping.

Very nice place

Pros: I had a nice stay at Aparthotel. The place was clean and comfortable and has the necessary facilities for a short to long-term stay. There are three restaurants within close proximity (including a sushi place), and the sea is nearby. Our pickup from and back to the airport went smooth, thanks to Johnny. I would totally recommend.

Pros: The accommodation is neat, good bed, wifi was fast, calm environment, the staff was professional and helpful, great value for money.

Cons: Nothing, all was good .
