Pros: Great location. Very close to the beach. Lovely sunset view. Convenient bus connection to the City Center or a 20min walk. Spacious and comfy Appartement.

Cons: Little shop/bar across the street can be noisy until Midnight. We didn‘t mind and actually enjoyed the vibe. But not ideal if you prefer very quiet nights.

Pros: The view was really nice, also the terrasse is a special splace. The kitchen and aghmoaphere in the whole apartment was juat great

Great host , great apartment in a great city

Pros: Chris is great and the apartment is so nice (honestly the pictures don't do it justice). Quick walk to the beach, which we loved. The apartment has sea views from all the living room windows, bakery and shop near by and 20 mins walk to town. We are in nearby crazy kitchen which was great food with a mix of tourist and locals Fully equipped kitchen Mindelo isn't a quiet town so there is noise from the city, but that's to be expected and I slept well (even though I'm a light sleeper)

Pros: Chris is the perfect host and welcomed us when we arrived. He also was very helpful during our stay. The apartment was big, clean and very cozy. The view from the balcony and the rooftopterrace is awsome. It has the perfect sunsets. Walkingdistance to the beach, and a bit more walkingdistance to the city center. Supermarked just outside the apartment.

Cons: A bit noisy street outside the apartment. But again, its a cityvibe all over :)

Pros: Wonderful stay in a delightful appartment with a sea view balcony on the second floor. Very near the beach and harbour. All nice spots in Mindelo are easy to reach within a small walk. Kind, relaxed and helpful host. Would like to come again some time.

Pros: Good location near the waterfront in Mindelo. Very helpful host who helped us with our trip to San Antao. Mindelo is a great town for wandering around.

Fabulous, spacious and comfortable apartment near the beach area and handy for the ferry.

Pros: Fuimos felices en este apartamento, es enorme , muy bien situado a 2 min andando de la playa , con restaurantes de comida local y supermercado al lado . Chris un encanto

Cons: Tal vez algo alejado del centro , 20 min andando , pero hasta el paseo merece la pena

Excellent pied à terre

Pros: Tout d'abord la communication avec Christian a été très facile, toujours réactif, de bons conseils et très arrangeant. L'appartement est propre, vaste et fonctionnel, il n'y manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour. La literie est bonne. Très bien situé, à l'écart du centre ville, dans un quartier calme à proximité des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants...) pas trop loin de la plage et on est rapidement en ville grâce à l'arrêt de bus qui se trouve à 50 mètres sur le trottoir en face. N'hésitez pas, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.
