Pros: Apartment located close to the center of Mindelo. You may walk or take a taxi for 2-3 €.Two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for 4 adults. Shower gel, soap, toilet paper provided, as well as towels. Big kitchen, dining area and living room area with a sofa and big tv screen. Good wifi connection in the whole apartment. A small balcony with a city and sea view was a bonus. We were able to reach the host by phone thanks to our local guide Suzy and he met us at the location. Small streets do not have names nor do houses have numbers, so it is pretty confusing and might bo difficult for foreign tourists to find their way the first time they get to Mindelo. Our host was nice and accomodating, though we had seen him only upon arrival. All in all the stay in Mondelo was a wonderful experience for our small group.

Cons: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th US), no lift, only fairly steep steps. Not very comfortable with luggage, shopping, or after a full day of sightseeing. There were no blankets provided (we were there in January), there were just sheets to cover yourself with, which as not sufficient for us. We asked the host for blankets or other covers, but he did not supply any.

Pros: Very nice quality appartment. You have everything and more. Also it’s very close to the Laginha beach. Thanks a lot! We liked every single minute there

We had the best time would recommend to every one the beach was 5 minutes walk away with great beach bar

Pros: The was the. Best apartment that we have stayed in Also very good equipped the only thing we missed was a water cooker no big deal. The furtherfurther would recommend to everybody to stay thank you

Bom para grupos que apenas queiram dormir e passar algum tempo juntos em São Vcente.

Pros: Localização relativamente perto da Praia da Laginha, sem ser na confusão de Mindelo. Os colchões são muito confortáveis.

Cons: Pressão da água é muito pouca, acredito que seja algo difícil de resolver pelo proprietário. Porta dos armários da cozinha a precisarem de reparo, torneira da cozinha precisa de ser trocada.

Prachtig ingericht en luxueus appartement vlakbij het strand.

Pros: Luxe appartement en ook leuk ingericht (Ikea). Twee badkamers en ruime slaapkamers. Strand vlakbij. Handig ook dat er een wasmachine was.

Cons: De waterdruk was s avonds soms zo laag dat de geiser afsloeg en ook douchen uitdagend was. Het appartement was best moeilijk te vinden.

Pros: Le confort et la décoration de l’appartement ! Ainsi que la cuisine bien équipée

Cons: Il manquerait juste d’emménager la terrasse principale

Pros: El apartamento está muy moderno y bien equipado. Está a 7 minutos andando desde la playa. También se puede ir al centro andando (15-20 min). Si no tenéis el coche, hay una parada del bus a 2 min del apartamento. El propietario fui muy atento, solucionando cualquier duda o pregunta.
