Amazing apartment to explore Sao Vicente!

Pros: Teresa gave me and my sister such a warm welcome on the island! The appartment is very big and the location is great to explore the city, and to have a break at the Laginha beach. Teresa helped us with anything we needed and she knows a lot about the city and its history. After a few days we already felt at home, so we definitely recommend to stay at this wonderful place!

Cons: Nothing :)

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Mindelo. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Teresa, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, offering great recommendations and making sure we were well taken care of. Even during a heavy rainstorm, the house felt safe and secure. The next day, she helped us arrange a taxi and other details. I would 100% recommend it for her hospitality and warmth. We wish her all the best and hope they recover quickly from this situation.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and town. The apartment is very large and has everything you would need.

Cons: There is a little bit of traffic noise from the road and the Wifi was a little bit slow at times.

Pros: Amazing location 3 minutes walk from the beach.. and a short walk along the front into town. Rooms are super clean with bright modern furnishings . Great internet and warm water . Well equipped kitchen. Small convenience store and bakery over the road . 3 good restaurants less than 5 minutes walk. Apartment quiet ..dont hear the neighbours... Comfortable bed ,choice of fan or air conditioning. Very friendly helpful hosts who are available on whats app to answer any questions . Very happy with my stay

Cons: Very pleased with everything ..sometimes the road could be noisy.. but that is life in a city !!

Pros: O apartamento é funcional e tem todas as comodidades para uma estadia agradável. Está muito bem localizado.

Pros: La gentillesse et l'attention de THERESA qui a repondu à toutes nos demandes et qui nous a donné de précieux conseils et des informations pour réaliser notre séjour et puis la disponibilité d'ARACY toujours disponible .nous avons aimé la proximité avec la plage de LAGINHA et du port pour les ferry .

Cons: ce commentaire n' est pas attribué a la location ni à la gentillesse de la population mais pour quitter l' ile DE SAO VICENTE ce fut un probléme consécutif a la cie aérienne de CARBO VERDE , en effet les retards et les annulations sont récurrents ce qui à engendrer 1 journée dans l'aéroport , c'est dommage car cela peut avoir des conséquences a l'avenir pour se rendre au CAP VERT .

Pros: Die Gastgeberin Tess war super-freundlich und unterstützend - von Beginn an: Als wir verspätet eintrafen (Organisation eines Taxis), als Waschmaschine und Internet (vorübergehend) nicht funktionierten war sie bzw. die freundliche und hilfsbereite Aracy sofort zur Stelle. Wir konnten nach Absprache auch etwas länger bleiben, weil unser Flug erst abends ging. Der Bus vor der Tür, der Laghinia Traum-Strand fußläufig zu erreichen, Bäckerei u.a. direkt nebenan. Bis ins Zentrum 5 Minuten (Bus), zu Fuß 20 Minuten. Mit der Fähre nach Santo Antao übergesetzt und einen Tag dort verbracht. Wunderschön! Wir kommen vielleicht wieder!

Cons: Der Standard war eher einfach, aber es war alles da, was man benötigt. Wir hätten vielleicht das Zimmer mit Balkon nehmen sollen. Aber das spielt im Nachhinein alles keine Rolle ...

Volvería sin duda.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bonito moderno y cómodo. Las camas son muy cómodas también. Cocina muy bien equipada. La zona es muy tranquila en la noche para descansar. Pasamos año nuevo e incluso esa noche apenas se siente el ruido de la calle. Tess estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras todo el tiempo para cualquier cosa que necesitaríamos.

Cons: Estaba a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro y por la noche da un poco de cosa caminar en la noche. Y como eran duas de fiesta era difícil conseguir un taxi. Pero entiendo que en otras fechas esto no es un problema. Por comentar un par de cosas más. La ducha tenía muy poca presión y la iluminación de las habitaciones es algo pobre.

Pros: L'appartement a du volume avec une belle décoration. Il est situé à 20 minutes du centre. Nous avons eu beaucoup d'informations touristiques.

Cons: C'est bruyant la nuit avec la circulation + personnes dans la rue .C'est mal insonorisé . Nous étions au 1er etage. Wifi un peu faible le soir.

Pros: Adorei tudo!! O apartamento é excelente!! Grande com tudo para cozinhar se for o caso, confortável tudo extremamente limpo. Excelente localização. A Teresa foi uma anfitriã maravilhosa. Obrigada por tudo. Espero regressar com toda a minha família.
