Casa So Morabeza

Pros: All you need in an apartment, I felt very comfortable.

Cons: The living room that faces the main street can become very loud, that can be a minus if you have to work or have meetings, which was my case. There is also no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, for those with very heavy suitcases.

Perfect apartment

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment in an excellent location. Great facilities for our family of 5. We especially appreciated the hot water to wash our baby, the coffee machine for the mornings, the cooking facilities, the fans, and the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great value

Cons: Nothing we love it, but just to note there are some stairs to access- not suitable for those with mobility problems

Very good stay in Mindelo

Pros: Very good stay in Mindelo, you can walk to everything, we didn‘t need any taxi. Very spacious and well decorated. We recommend it!

Muy buena estancia

Pros: Apartamento muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos a pie del centro. Equipado con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento.

Cons: Todo bien aunque bastante mejorable la limpieza de la cocina así como muchos de los utensilios.

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt knapp am Rand des Zentrums. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber eben auch an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Das bleibt kein Geheimnis. Der hintere der beiden Schlafräume liegt auf der anderen Gebäudeseite und ist ausreichend ruhig. Nachts wird es aber ohnehin deutlich leiser. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter läuft praktisch prompt. Auch wenn es am Flughafen nicht an Taxis mangelt, so war eins für uns reserviert. Das macht die Anreise deutlich entspannter. Die Betten sind tendenziell weich, wir haben gut geschlafen. Für die kurze Zeit die wir hier verbracht haben, haben wir nichts vermisst.

Cons: Hier und da mal eine Silikonfuge erneuern, Armaturen entkalken, oder eine Steckdose befestigen, würde das Wohngefühl verbessern.

Boa estadia em Mindelo

Pros: Centralidade, comunicação e apoio imediato e amigável do proprietário.

Cons: Algum ruído diurno e noturno, mas que não me impediu de dormir. Algumas pessoas poderão ter dificuldade em subir até ao terceiro andar. Não tem elevador.

Pros: Apartamento bem localizado e com o essencial para uma estadia em São Vicente. A funcionária Vanda foi muito atenciosa connosco.

Toller Ort um Mindelo zu erkundigen

Pros: Meine Mutter und ich haben uns in der Casa So Morabeza wohl gefühlt und von dort aus Mindelo erkundet. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin und ihrer Mitarbeiterin war freundlich. Sie zwei Zimmer waren komfortabel; im kleineren Zimmer (zur Straße hin) war es nachts trotz geschlossenem Fenster, ab und an etwas lauter. Die Wohnung ist sonst großzügig geschnitten, und war sauber. Die Gastgeberin hat uns Nummern von guten Taxifahrern gegeben, was wirklich hilfreich war.

Pros: Modernes Appartement, zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, gute Betten, Internet OK

Cons: Treppen bis in den 3. Stock ist mit schwerem Gepäck anstrengend
