Very nice and comfy

Pros: I liked it a lot! It felt very nice, like I was part of the neighbourhood. We had 4 restaurants next to us and 3 shops. The bed was comfortable and the living room was pleasant. The owner was helpful and she lives on top ✌️

Cons: Consider the walking distance to Laghina Beach (20 minutes or so) and the fact that the people in the neighbourhood might get load ( some earplugs will fix it)

Lovely apartment in great location

Pros: Lovely apartment with fully equipped kitchen and warm water in shower. Location is great, close to the city center.

Pros: Close to the center of Mindelo city ,but uneven path ,requiring effort

Cons: The nearest beach 30' walking

Pros: Although we experienced some confusion at the beginning of our stay, Andrea was extremely helpful and kind, and helped us find a solution. The apartment was very clean, had a very comfortable bed and was well equipped, and the location was amazing. We met some lovely people in Mindelo, got to know the neighbourhood and really enjoyed our three days here.

Pros: La proximité du centre ville sans les nuisances. La disponibilité et la facilité à communiquer. La taille du logement

Pros: Buen apartamento con todo lo necesario, una pequeña cocina, ducha, un dormitorio... Está a 10-15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y hay varias tiendas cerca. La anfitriona es muy amable. La relación calidad-precio está muy bien.

Cons: Tuvimos problemas con WiFi, aunque la anfitriona lo resolvió rápido. El sofá del salón no es muy cómodo. La ventana del dormitorio da directamente a la calle por lo que hay algo de ruido.

Pros: Muito limpo, muito confortável, muito bem equipado, espacoso, boa pressao de água no duche, água bem quente no duche, anfitrioes muito simpáticos e prestáveis, televisao caboverdiana

Cons: às vezes houve música e conversas ao pé do apartamento, mas foi tolerável

Pros: L'accueil par la propriétaire, la propreté, le confort, à un quart d'heure du centre à pied.

Cons: Les ruelles un peu bruyantes quelque fois tard dans la nuit, et le chat qui miaule..

Buena opcion para unos dias en Mindelo

Pros: La anfitriona es muy atenta y amable. El piso está muy bien equipado, limpio y confortable.

Cons: A pesar de ser céntrico, el callejón está frecuentado por vecinos del barrio, que por la noche pueden hacer algo de ruido.

Pros: Appartement très spacieux, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Il est bien situé et Andréa est très réactive par message. :-)

Cons: La rue est un peu bruyante la journée avec le magasin d'en face. Mais pour cela il n'y a pas grand chose à faire.
