Great value apartment in the heart of Mondelo

Pros: Very good location. It was clean and nicely decorated and has everything we needed.

Cons: The only drawback was the bedroom where the lighting was very dim.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic! The T1 Ferias apartment in Mindelo was everything we could have hoped for and more. It’s spacious, beautifully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared with everything you might need: a washing machine, an upper terrace perfect for drying clothes, a full range of cleaning supplies, coffee capsules, a water purifier, and fresh water readily available. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a perfect stay—highly recommended!

Tolle Wohnung, komfortabel und sauber, mit sehr nettem Service der Besitzerin!

Pros: Sehr saubere Unterkunft, mit voller Ausstattung! Clere war super nett und immer hilfreich.

Cons: Das Bett war etwas zu hart, aber für ein paar Nächte absolut ok.

Pros: Apartamento muito bem localizado, numa zona muito sossegada, onde se encontra tudo, Mercado Municipal, lojas das mais variadas, multibancos, supermercados, etc...

Cons: A casa de banho precisa ser reparada, por causa de um cheiro muito desagradável que vinha, não percebi de onde. A segunda questão, é o facto do apartamento não ter ar condicionado, faz imensa falta porque é bastante quente, as ventoinhas pouco ou nada ajudaram.

Pros: Extrêmement bien situé en plein cœur de ville. Conforme aux photos. Bien équipé.

Cons: Rien. La climatisation serait un plus mais l’appartement est traversant ce qui permet de créer un petit courant d’air.

Pros: Un appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Mindelo où les adresses connues étaient proches à pieds. L’appartement était fonctionnel et bien équipé. L’hôte nous a particulièrement aidé lorsque nous avions la moindre question à propos de Mindelo.
