Nice and clean with a great host. Good value for the money.

Pros: It is quite large and clean. Not in the center of the city but 5 minutes away from the center. Nice and peaceful.

Cons: It could use a couple more cloths, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags. Just the little things so that you don’t have to buy them right away.

Pros: A great view and a quiet location! It was great staying here, a perfect place to do some working from home and also explore La Praia and Santiago

Cons: It can be windy and dusty in the area of the apartment, so having a better broom or vacuum would have been an addition :)

Great stay in a fabulous location!

Pros: Code for door so no waiting around :) apartment has everything you will need, super roof top, amazing views, and good water pressure and temperature.

Cons: The living room does get quite hot when the sun is shining through the glass, so you have to close the curtains during the hot afternoon hours.

Pros: The host (Mr. Ailton) was very friendly and the facilities were very good. The view from the balcony was great and the terrace amazing. Dona Ana was very friendly and chatty. Very please and would certainly return.

Cons: The wordrobe in the master bedrooom was very spacious, however it lacked rods for the hangers. I am sure this is something that can easely be fixed.

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: The appartment has everything you need to stay there. The beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space. The kitchen and living room are adorable. It's all beautifully decorated. Highly recommend staying there!

Cons: It was a bit noisy and dirty because they are still building the apartments. Without a car you are pretty far from everything

Geräumiges Appartment in einer ruhigen Wohngegend

Pros: Große Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation über Whats App. Bushaltestelle 100 m entfernt. Tipps: Linie 12 fährt bis zum Markt/Plateau für 45 Escudos. Aluguers nach Cidade Velha kann man auch an der Schnellstraße am Kreisverkehr bei der Escuela de Hotelaria e Tourisme bekommen. Von der Wohnung, 1,4 km entfernt. Die Linie 12 fährt (in der Gegenrichtung Plateau) dort in die Nähe hin. Falls ihr an einem Sonntag per Aluguer nach Tarrafal wollt, möglichst schon um 8:00 dort sein. Sonst müsst ihr Wartezeit einplanen. Nach über einer Stunde Warten haben wir und die mitfahrenden Europäer die noch nicht besetzten restlichen 4 Plätze gekauft. So geht es natürlich auch und hat uns 300 Escudos mehr pro Person gekostet. Wochentags ist die Fahrt nach Tarrafal problemlos (morgens)

Value for money, nice and convenient

Pros: Functionality of the place, it has it all, super well equipped. It is also spacious and generally comfy. It was very clean. You can see amazing sunsets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good.

Cons: The pictures are of another appartment of the building, the one we used is decorated more basically. I do not like that the large bed is two beds put together
