Pros: super friendly, trustworthy, helpful host. well equipped, nice, clean, spacious flat. 2 mini markets in the same block.

Cons: actually we had a good time!

Pros: Apartment is near the airport, large, clean, well equiped.

Cons: Kettle and coffee/tea would be nice to have.

Quiet, great airport layover apartment

Pros: The communication with the lady who owned the place was great. She was there waiting for us when we arrived. Ideal location for an airport layover. Check-in and checkout procedure was easy, clear and no problem. We left the windows open for a bit before bed and the ambient temperature was great. Good sized apartment, living room area for relaxing and a little balcony too. The internet went down for 15 minutes for no reason and the lady whose apartment it was was very helpful trying to get the issue resolved. We got some good tips on how to get from the apartment to the city centre in order to catch an aluguer to Tarrafal. Quiet area, very little noise.

Cons: Getting from the apartment to Praia was confusing. There are some local minibuses but no information about them online. You can walk the 2km to the airport, but proved quite tricky getting to Praia itself. No shops, cafés or restaurants anywhere near the apartment. Bed and pillows are not the most comfortable, the sort of mattress where the slightest motion is felt by whoever else is in the bed with you.

Optimal stay if you need airport proximity and comfort

Pros: Everything was great. A nice modern apartment very close to the airport (we walked there from the airport), perfect for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Fully and newly equiped for cooking or doing laundry. They speak perfect english, are super friendly and very helpful in giving you all the information you need or even a lift for a price slightly better that the taxi prices. They are starting their travel agency business so don't hesitate to ask for a taxi or guiding service for a good cost.

Cons: The arrival was a bit weird. The deal was they are gonna wait for us at the address, which was nice of them, hence our late night arrival. We had no internet in the phone so no whatsup possible for us, which apparently is the way everthing is delt with in Cabo Verde :) We could use clearer instruction on how to find the right entrance and what bell to ring - the name. We thought T2 would be the entrance number, but it was a completely different one. We ended up ringing all the neighbors at 11pm. Luckilly, people in Cabo Verde seem to be super lovely so none was really angry :)

Parfait

Pros: Nous cherchions un emplacement près de l’aéroport et c’était parfait. L’hôtesse a été très arrangeante et nous a gardé une nuit supplémentaire à notre demande. Les lits sont supers et la cuisine bien aménagée. Les commerces au pied de l’immeuble sont très pratiques.

Cons: Rien tout était parfait. Il faut juste passer outre le fait que ces immeubles sont au milieu de nulle part mais ce n’est pas un problème.

Pros: L'appartement était propre et spacieux avec tous les équipements essentiels. Il est très proche de l'aéroport donc très pratique. Il y a même une supérette en bas de l'immeuble.

Pros: Perfektní komunikace, vše zařízeno přesně podle plánu. Velmi milá a ochotná slečna s perfektní angličtinou, dostali jsme na úvod několik cenných rad, moc nám pomohla, děkujeme. Lokalita blízko letiště, pro účely cestování do dalších destinací naprosto skvělé.

Отличное место для ожидания самолёта

Pros: Мы провели часть ночи между рейсами самолётов. Апартаменты находятся очень близко от аэропорта, это очень удобно и позволяет экономить время и деньги Хозяйка предоставила нам трансфер, в том числе в три часа ночи. Это новый район, но здесь есть всё необходимое для проживания
