Wonderful Stay: Clean, Central, and Friendly
Pros: I had a wonderful experience here. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. A huge thanks to the host for being so attentive and making sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Very well located and maintained
Pros: The host Edmilson is impeccable The location is very good, giving caffees and shops around and 2 supermarkets right at the entrance of the building. You can walk to Praia Kebra Kanela in 15/ 20 minutes. Cool restaurants also nearby
Cons: The weak WiFi signal, which apparently has to so with the area and country itself

Pros: Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with a living room, in a modern building with a lift. Easy communication with the host to receive the keys. Aircon in the bedrooms only. Functional kitchen with all the needed items.
Cons: The large bedroom has a built in bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) within the bedroom, not separated - there's no privacy if you're not alone in the bedroom, the toilet is literally in front of the bed / bedroom door. The other bathroom is very small, and with no opening window, gets super hot/humid.

Excellent place-highly recommended
Pros: The apartment and the building itself is in top notch condition. Great location with close proximity to all key areas of Praia, great appliances and facilities within the apartment, spotlessly clean, and an amazing owner who was very kind, responsive and always there to help when needed. I highly recommend and would definitely come back.
Cons: Nothing- everything was excellent

apartment in a safe area
Pros: Very nice owner, spacious apartment. Not very convenient for a party if you are going to live there as a group of four. For two it is good. It is a pity that there is no kettle to make tea or coffee.

Lovely convenient stay
Pros: The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Very good location in Palamareijo, and there s even a supermarket in the building that opens at 7h30am. The host is also very nice and friendly, and is very quick to answer any query. Good wifi too.

Pros: It is very clean and spacious apartment in a new area of Praia.Restaurants can be found to walking distance as well the markets. The owner/manager Kutello speaks a bit of English and he is very eager to help. He acted as a friend. The car can be parked free of charge front of the building.. Kitchen has all the facilities for cooking. Very good Internet connections.
Cons: Nothing special to mention, maybe only that I would prefer cotton linen ( but this is a personal preference). We walked until old town and beach but as well a cheap taxi can be taken.

Pros: This apartment was new and excellent. Wifi worked well. Good water pressure and hot water for a short shower. Bedrooms are large and have AC. The host was very responsive and fixed the small issues we had, shorty after we contacted him. Would not hesitate to book again.
Cons: The dishwasher is not connected, and the host could not fix it. Since the building is new, there is still work in the building and as such, they turn off electricity (and thus, internet and water) a few times for an hour or two during the week that we were there. No AC in the main room. The place could do with some better (and more) kitchenware.
