Apartamento encantador com piscina e vista mar

Pros: The apartment is stunning, the view, the terrace and the space

Cons: We had a small issue with the electricity, thankfully it was solved quickly.

Pros: Ths apartment is in a nice residential building close to the american embassy. Parking and pool is included. The apartment itself is something you want to have for the future

Cons: The apartment is a fancy as they come, but again, a espresso machine without capsules is like a broken bench, it's there but, not very usefull. Same with other appliances, a wine opener is not something fancy The area looks like a bomb zone, excep Communication with host could have been better: - payment is preffered cash, 12 hours before we check out she messaged saying( mind you this is at 8pm with a flight at 9 pm) when can I come and get the money? we spend 48 hours at the place, i know there was more time - we parked the car in the underground parking, we got a message that we parked in the wrong place, hmm, did we get a message where to park? no because communication is non-existant

Nice apartment for a short stay in Praia

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing view on the top of the building !

Cons: Not very easy to communicate because all contacts are only Portuguese spoken people.

Pros: Ousmane war sehr hilfreich und bemüht. Unsere Wäsche wurde gewaschen, weil die Waschmaschine aktuell defekt ist.

Cons: Es ist von Vorteil, wenn man ein Fahrzeug hat, da das Zentrum weit weg ist.

Pros: Très bel (et grand) appartement!! On est idéalement placé pas très loin de Praia en voiture. A pied la mer est proche pour aller apprécier un beau couché de soleil!!

Pros: La vue du salon était magnifique, l'appartement immense, le toit terrasse et la sécurisation du lieu. C'est un peu loin de la ville, donc prévoir une voiture ou prendre le contact d'un taxi.

Pros: L'appartement est très beau, propre et bien agencé. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et la vue est exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et sont équipés de la climatisation. L'appartement en lui même est parfait.

Cons: Petit bémol sur la piscine qui n'était pas rempli suffisamment et pas propre. Assez loin à pied de toute commodité Extérieur bruyant

Pros: L'emplacement, la vue ,la piscine la proximité des commerces et de la voie piétonne près de la mer

Cons: Le bruit beaucoup de chiens qui gueulent la nuit ,le manque d'équipements au niveau de la cuisine

Pros: La vue exceptionnelle, la piscine sur le toit, le confort, l’air conditionné, l’espace, les équipements

Cons: L’éloignement du centre ville fait qu’on doit soivent faire appel à un taxi, un bip qui s’est déclenché la dernière nuit sans qu’on puisse l’arrêter
