Amazing place just need a few small improvements.

Pros: Amazing sea views, spacious, big, Netflix on tv and coffee pod machine.

Cons: Pool wasn’t clean, broken glass under the couches that hadn’t been cleaned, expensive €50 electricity surcharge (one aircon on for half the time??), no shampoo or conditioner or washing powder for clothes, no kettle for hot drinks. got pods for coffee when we asked thanks Carlos!

A great stay in a very spacious and comfortable apartment, with an amazing sea view

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment in a new building. Very comfortable. Just as described. The apartment has everything necessary. The concierge responsible for the apartment was very helpful and responded quickly. Overall had a great stay and it is highly recommended. The apartment is on the sea side and has great views, especially in the morning during sunrise.

Cons: The area seems to be just being developed. There is not much around. The nearest supermarket is around a 10-minute walk. The taxis are very cheap though so it was not a massive issue. As there seemed to be a plague of locusts and grasshoppers on the island it was impossible to open a window in the evening making the apartment quite warm in the evening. There is aircon in each of the rooms but given the daily free electricity usage we had to pay extra around €50 towards the end of the stay.

Prachtig uitzicht, modern appartement

Pros: Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in Kaap Verdie. Het appartement is op de vierde verdieping is modern, groot en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Voor onze auto was voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het appartement. Via de weg langs de zee is het appartementsgebouw goed te bereiken. Met de eigenaar hebben wij telefonisch contact gehad. Hij is goed bereikbaar. Een volgende keer zouden wij weer kiezen voor dit appartement.

Een prachtig, groot appartement in een wijk buiten Praia

Pros: Het appartement zag er prachtig uit! Het was heel groot, alles was aanwezig. Het zwembad op het dak was lekker voor een heerlijke afkoeling. Het contact verliep heel makkelijk en vlot. Kortom, we hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf in Praia!

Cons: Jammer dat de accomodatie buiten het centrum lag, te ver om te lopen. Natuurlijk waren we daarvan op hoogte. Het mooie strand van Praia ligt ongeveer halverwege. Dit strand was te lopen via een voetgangerspad langs de zee. Dat was top!

Stunning views

Pros: We stayed in two different apartments in this building. The one on the 4th floor had stunning views and is an excellent apartment. Our second apartment was on the 2nd floor and although it had good views it wasn’t as great as the 4th floor. The apartment is as listed with lots of dishes etc. the beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

Cons: Some soap in the bathrooms would have been nice as well as an extra roll of TP. I only gave this an 8/10 because of the location. We did manage to find some restaurants but there is not much near by. Perhaps the hosts could provide a list of restaurants and shops in the area.

Pros: Magnifique appartement fidèle aux photos. Superbe vue et terrasse avec piscine très agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. propriétaire qui arrange la location de voiture.

Cons: nuisances sonores (chiens qui aboient toute la nuit et bruits des chantiers voisins). Un peu isolé donc louer une voiture est indispensable si on veut visiter.

Appartement haut de gamme spacieux

Pros: La vue, l’espace et encore la vue .. sur l’océan et la ville

Pros: La vue incroyable, la piscine en rooftop, la déco, l'ambiance et les équipements de l'appartement.

Cons: Lave vaisselle qui nettoie mal, parce qu'il fallait bien trouver quelque chose à dire.

Bel appartement

Pros: Le confort, trois chambres , deux douches et trois WC. La vue est top de toutes les pièces. Le garage.

Cons: Il faut avoir une voiture. Car on est légèrement excentré
