Outstanding for that cheap price.

Pros: It was very clean with good smell. Kitchen equipment and bathroom were outstanding for this price. Local experience with super nice owner and his family. Easy to check in and check out.

We ́ve enjoyed our stay and will go back with pleasure

Pros: The family of Moacyr is really nice. They are very welcoming and they speak really good french. The apartment was really clean, full equipped. The wifi worked well. The neighbourhood feel safe because just near the sucupira market, 10minutes walk from the Plato. Really easy to get a public transport from the market too. The price is really good for this confort. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back for sure.

Cons: Nothing. Except the water pressure from the shower which could be improve but that was ok.

Super appartment

Pros: It's near the plateau, the apartment is spotless and there is a nice hot shower. Airco, filled fridge with cold drinks, What more so you need. And then there is moacyr, he is the best landlord there is. He will help you with everything you need. He is really a great guy and his family also. Grateful for meeting such nice people ☺️

Lovely stay in Praia

Pros: Moacyr came to pick us up from the airport (at night) which is perfect so you don't have to look for your accommodation at night. Moacyr is very kind and willing to help you with everything. It is a little appartement so space to sit and an separate bedroom. The location is close to the plateau and the market.

Cons: The bathroom is a little small but works fine for us. No much to do on Sundays at the plateau. Just go to the beach.

Above expectation, definitely worth!

Pros: The location is great, just next to the main market Scupira. The apartment was super clean, beds are comfortable, in the apartment whatever you need just exists, even though you need something else host always supports you. And our host Moacyr, he is just a great guy very helpful not only about your stay at the apartment but about every info you may need during your stay he always finds you the best option. He also arranged us a unique tour where you can get a private boat and enjoy a unique day. Whenever you need transfer, taxi he finds the best options with better prices. He and his family they are so trustworthy and being there for you. They just made our stay great in Praia.

Cons: Its not that we dont like but you may face with water pump issue which was totally okay for us that you need to text host to check water pump. But whenever we did it was fixed in a couple of mins so not an issue just to be aware

Pros: I recently stayed at this apartment in Praia, and it was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Pros: Moacyr is an excellent host. That's the best I could expect. He's kind and helpful and takes care of anything you may need. The apartment is basic but has what I needed for this short stay. You can find everything you need in the area, at easy walking distance: groceries, fruit and vegetables from street vendors, banks and internet service providers, travel agencies and car rentals, gas stations, easy access to taxis and hiaces (the local minivan transportation system) that can take you anywhere on the island, small local restaurants, cheap and friendly, as well as cafés and bakeries.

Nice apartment in the center of Praia with an amazing host.

Pros: Moacyr, the host, was so attentive and helpful. The apartment is cute and practical and well located. Definitely a place to go if you are in Praia.
