Ocean & Pool - 2 bedroom Apartment

Pros: Very convenient location - just minutes walk from beach and Santa Maria town. Pedro, the owner, was so helpful and communicative, giving us clear instructions on how to find, enter and lock the property. He also recommended some restaurants for us and was so kind in letting us vacate the property later on our departure day.

Cons: Nothing!

Excellent relaxed holiday in lovely apartment with pool and beach nearby

Pros: Lovely apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minute stroll from Santa Maria or 5 minutes by taxi for €5. Little supermarket just 2 Minutes over the main road and small local bar nearby for breakfast or post dinner drink. Owners were really responsive and provided a list of great local restaurants. An excellent holiday and great value for money

Great apartment with nice terrace

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has a private terrace which leads to the pool. There is a 24/7 guard in the complex, feels very safe. The location is great, like 7 minutes to the beach, around 4 to the small supermarket and 15 to the Center area. Overall it was very nice to stay there.

Cons: There could be more towels and a few more utensils for the kitchen.

Lovely quiet location with everything you need for a relaxing holiday

Pros: The apartment is lovely. Comfy bed, adequate storage, air con and fans work well, good facilities for light self catering. Nice pool and sun loungers. It is in a quiet location but a short easy walk into town where there are loads of bars and restaurants. It has a great holiday vibe down there.There are a couple of bars and small supermarkets about five minutes walk away. Sun shines most of the time, don’t let the wind put you off, it stays warm all the time.

Lovely apartment and the resort side of Santa Maria

Pros: This apartment has everything you need for a lazy sun holiday: small kitchen with the utilities to cook a simple meal, two bedrooms with extra linen, a washing machine and beach towels. You can relax at the private terrace or go to the common pool area which has a lovely garden which is maintained well. Also, the beach, the supermarket and some restaurants from resorts are in 5 minutes walking distance, really comfortable.

Cons: The private hosted apartment is located at the 'resort side' of Santa Maria. This is about a 20 minutes walk from the city centre. This part of town feels a bit less authentic and attracts more resort kind of guests, so just depending where you are looking for this apartment can provide you a chill beach/pool holiday!

Pros: Amplitud y comodidad. La piscina a pesar de estar fría, dejaba disfrutar de baños agradables de 08:30 a 20:00

Cons: El wifi dejaba de funcionar cada poco tiempo. No dejaba una conexión fluida. Un poco alejado de la zona céntrica de bares y restaurantes, pero tampoco era un drama.

Pros: Propriétaire a l’écoute et réactif. De plus le logement est parfait et placé face a la piscine. Endroit calme.

Pros: O condomínio Tropical é excelente, os espaços verdes muito bem cuidados, a piscina perfeita e muito perto da praia e a uma caminhada também tranquila do centro. O apartamento estava limpo, bem equipado, não faltou nada na verdade.

Tranquilo y acogedor

Pros: Cercanía de la playa, piscina, lugar muy tranquilo.

Cons: Bastantes hormigas y mucho olor a insecticida. La lavadora pegada a la ducha es un peligro, en España no cumpliría normativa, la desenchufamos para evitar un posible calambrazo o peor, imagino que lo tienen asi por desconocimiento y falta de espacio, pero mismo en la cocina estaria mejor.
