Pros: A nice an spacey appartment in a nice neighbourhood, the host was helpful.

Cons: The appartment could use a smaller adaptation, it is a bit worn and the hot water takes time to reach and comes out yellow/dirty.

Pros: Excellent apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have restaurant and shops in the compound.

Cons: Location is not bad as it is only a 5min drive from Santa Maria but not walking distance, so taxi is needed.

Pros: The Location is perfect and the Apartment is very nice, with nice view and balcony also. Also the owner and team are very friendly, respond quickly and give very good support.

Cons: Maybe a little bit more things for the kitchen could be useful for easier cooking etc…

Pros: The location is perfect, we got in without problems, we asked the host to organize the airport transfer as well, all went smooth. We payed by wire transfer, that was also ok. The bathroom is nice and big, the living room is also nice. The water is sometimes rust-colored, but that goes away if you let it flow a bit, this is most likely due to the plumbing, not a real problem.

Cons: The living room furniture would need some upgrade, and the kitchen would benefit from some pans, wine glasses, etc, especiakly as there is stove, fridge already. We did not get any dishwashing liquid, that made things a bit complicated. These are small things, but would boost the feeling by a good amount.

Pros: Tudo no geral. A localização excelente tanto da praia, como do centro de Santa Maria. Equipa e acompanhamento durante o alojamento excelente. Recomendo
