Pros: The apartment had more than what we needed and the location was brilliant. Also the host made it very easy to communicate as she was always responsive every time i messaged her regarding the property both before and during the stay.

Pros: Good location, staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very simple but we had everything we needed. Pool is also very nice and clean

Great option for Santa Maria

Pros: Clean and comfortable. 10mins walk to Santa Maria centre, which has many bars and restaurants. Beach front location. Good pre-arrival communication, taxi collection service from airport convenient.

Cons: Payment with Pay-pal a little awkward, but did work ok. There were a couple of small cosmetic issues, ie broken chest of draws in bedroom.

We loved our stay and we would go back

Pros: The apartment is very nice and functional, spacious, plenty of natural light and great air circulation and with a lovely balcony with tables and chairs. It was spotless, and the swimming pool area was kept impeccably clean. The location is perfect: slightly away from the main crowded tourist strip, so that it seems quieter, but only a 10 minutes walk from it. The staff is helpful responsive and friendly. We loved our stay

Cons: If there is one thing I would improve is the amount of hot water in the apartment. Even when taking a very brief shower there was never enough hot water for the next person to have a warm shower. So if there is one thing I would change it’s probably the size of the boiler. However, being a hot country, we didn’t suffer it too much and we’d definitely stay there again

Lovely stay

Pros: Extremely clean and comfortable apartments. Staff always on hand and a warm welcome. Easy online taxi booking service. Could self cater or eat out easily, a pleasant walk to town from hotel.

Cons: I didn’t like having to pay by bank transfer with no mention of this before booking on booking.com. I would have appreciated this being clearer up front as it is a large sum of money to part with, with no guarantee of what you will get.

Relaxing chill break to take it slow.

Pros: The pool was lovely for the children to play and cool off. Walking distance to central area and places to eat. Seconds from the beach, which was quiet and beautiful to watch the sunset. Quaint little cafe/ice cream spot just next door.

Cons: The bed was a little hard, not too comfortable, but everyone has their own preference, so not a deal breaker.

Great management, facilities and staff

Pros: The management of the facilities is outstanding. They offer a convenient pick-up service for €20, which is the same as a regular street taxi. They also provide an app where you can book excursions, get recommendations for local restaurants, and access anything you might need during your stay. Their taxi driver will check you in even if you arrive late, and then assign you a dedicated host. Our host was Mikki, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She was always available, exceptionally polite, and greeted us with a smile every time. One night, we were unfortunately pickpocketed, and our apartment key was stolen. Mikki came over at around 2 a.m. to let us in, ensured we were safe, and arranged for the lock to be changed the following morning. Mikki really deserves recognition for her incredible support and professionalism.

Cons: All good – just a thought: it might be useful to have a dedicated room where tourists can leave items like sun cream that they can’t take back when travelling. This way, other guests can use them instead of buying new ones, helping to reduce waste.

I had a brilliant stay, restful and will definitely be back again.

Pros: Excellent location super helpful staff and was made to feel safe and comfortable immediately. I had to borrow a phone charger until the next day. I really appreciated that. O brigada !!! Thanks 😊

Cons: No travel adaptors. Apart from that all my needs were met. Tip: washing machine instructions on/off etc.

Pros: Good communication with staff. Nice easy check. Comfortable apartment. Great location. Good pool.

Cons: Lack of information pack, had to go hunting for wifi code and a/c controller had to be delivered once requested.
