Perfect stay!

Pros: We felt very welcome in this well-located and brand-new apartment! It’s within walking distance of restaurants and the busy town center, yet quiet and peaceful to come home to. We loved it!

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay, from the excellent support provided by the apartment manager to the outstanding location. Everything was perfect, and it is an experience I would certainly repeat every year.

Pros: The apartment is brand new and very comfortable. It has all the necessary utensils, and it's clear they've thought of every detail. Great advantages include the rooftop pool, the private terrace with sea views, and the security. Excellent location, 5 minutes from the center of Santa Maria.

Apartment, but with high-end hotel offering!

Pros: So much to like about this accommodation - from the hotel like small touches, the friendliness of the staff, to the quality and levels of equipment and facilities, the attention to detail and super location just off the heartbeat of Santa Maria make this apartment unique and a really special alternative to the current offering.

Cons: Being able to speak Portuguese would assist, but not enough of a reason to not book!!!

Amazing stay!

Pros: The building is brand new, the apartment is very nice and we loved the terrace, the top floor with the pool is amazing! Also the staff is very nice and available for anything. Location also is perfect, closed to Santa Maria Main Street but far enough to be quieter.

Prima verblijf direct aan zee in het rustige gedeelte van Santa Maria

Pros: De heerlijke lichte en ruime kamer met prima terras direct aan zee. De strandlakens, koffie en thee en een fles water. Alles keurig geregeld.

Cons: De stoelen mogen wat steviger zijn zowel binnen als buiten. En het personeel bij de balie is niet erg vriendelijk

Vacaciones en familia

Pros: Instalaciones. El apartamento es nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo y disfrutar de tus vacaciones, como habréis leído en alguna otra reseña. Filipa, la anfitriona, está pendiente en todo momento y tuvo varios detalles con nosotros como gestionar los traslados desde el aeropuerto o permitirnos un late check out que era necesario por tema de vuelos y viajar con un bebé. En general, hemos estado muy agusto y recomiendo sin ninguna duda este alojamiento.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Proximidade da praia e da região central de Santa Maria. As instalações são novas e foram pouquíssimo usadas ainda. A piscina no roof top tem uma vista ótima. A equipa local e senhorio foram bastante atenciosos.
